The villa is a new construction, fully air-conditioned, it is located on a plot of one hectare, planted with olive and fruit trees. Clear view of the vineyards, calm and rest assured. A large terrace with a swimming pool. Inside, a living room + dining room tastefully decorated, very spacious, sunny and equipped with 2 3-seat sofas, 1 large table that can accommodate 10 guests, 146 cm LED TV (TNT and playstation 3). A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker ...). Laundry. 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom, toilet and large dressing room. Visitor toilet. Independent bathroom.

Schöne Villa

Anfänglich ein wenig schwer zu finden, was sich aber rasch änderte. Wir wurden sehr schön begrüßt, von Besitzer und Verwalter. Der Verwalter führte uns auch durchs Haus und erklärte uns alles. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Nun doch zum Haus. Sehr schön geschnitten mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Bad und WC und sogar ein Bad en Suite. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen offenen Kleiderschrank. Wohn- Esszimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Hier fehlt ein wenig der Stil. Die Villa verfügt über eine offene Küche. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und Kochutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Villa verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit einem schönen Pool. Zum Haus gehört ein grosses Grundstück, ein Grill ist vorhanden und auch eine Tischtennisplatte. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und waren rundrum sehr zufrieden. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und würden das Haus auch wieder buchen

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Située au calme dans le village de Patrimonio et proche de St. Florent. Les propriétaires et le service de conciergerie étaient adorables. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances relaxantes en Corse!

TOUT EST EASY

Maison facile à vivre où tout est prévu pour rendre le séjour agréable . La propreté et la literie sont excellentes et les petites fournitures à disposition( serviettes, lessive, savons, essuie-tout ...). Piscine, plancha et jeux d'agréments pour petits et grands (pétanque, badminton) . Sans souci, nous avons pu explorer cette belle région en profitant de chaque journée.

Nous sommes une famille allemande avec 6 personnes qui a passé deux semaines inoubliables à la villa de Sabine & Charles. La maison possède de toutes équipements - deux salle de bains, des meubles moderne, WIFI rapide, télé avec très grands écran, enceinte Marshall, cuisine avec tous ce qu'il faut, une belle terrasse avec une vue panoramique impressionnante et un Pool formidable, la tranquillité de la campagne et que 15 minutes en voiture pour arriver à la plage de St Florent. Cerise sur le gâteau : Nous avons amener notre moto et nous avons bien profiter des tours en moto sur le Cap Corse. Un endroit pour y revenir!! Wir haben zu sechst zwei Wochen in der Villa von Sabine und Charles verbracht. Ein unvergesslicher, schöner Urlaub. Das super modern eingerichtete Haus hat alles, was wir uns wünschen konnten. Modern, große Bäder mit Walk-in Duschen, Küche mit allen Utensilien, riesiger TV-Bildschirm, schnelles W-LAN, schöner Pool, große Terrasse und einen unvergleichbaren Panoramablick. Dazu die Ruhe und die Nähe des Strandes vom St. Florent nur 15 Monuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten unser Motorrad dabei und haben wunderschöne Fahrten um das Cap Corse und in's Landesinnere gemacht. Wir kommen wieder!

Parfait ! Zéro fausse note !

Villa neuve, très bien équipée, très bien décorée, cadre idéale, extérieur super, belle terrasse, belle piscine ... . Tout est prévu ! Propriétaires charmants, très gentils, et bienveillants ! Plus qu'un investissement immobilier, un projet de vie, réalisé avec le cœur ! Aucun point négatif ! Très rare pour le signaler.

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse, bien aménagée, agréable à vivre, décoration épurée, propre, literie d'excellente qualité, conforme à la description et aux photos. Grande terrasse, belle vue sur les vignes et collines, piscine avec traitement au sel, plages, balades, plongée à proximité... Tout est réuni pour des moments calmes et apaisants. Nous avons été enchantés par notre rencontre avec Sabine et Charles qui se sont montrés extrêmement accueillants et disponibles.
