Charming private villa with shady garden and terrace 400 metres from the sea

This house is located 400 m from the sea, in the center of the seaside resort of Jullouville, in a very quiet area. independent it is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach.

Bright and warm, the villa offers you all modern comfort. It consists of 3 rooms, a living room of 20.48 m² 2 bedrooms (1 of 9.08 m² and 1 of 9.11m²), and an American kitchen of 5.15m² overlooking the living room, the living room and the outside , a bathroom with Italian shower (3.72m²) and separate WC (0.95m²). A back kitchen estimated at 9m² completes the rental with an additional fridge and a small utility room.

In bedroom 1 you will find a large bed for 2 people with dressing room.

The second bedroom has 2 beds, each for one person, which can be placed side by side if necessary. The living room and the living room will be able to accommodate everyone without problems.

The rentals are systematically made for the week from Saturday 5 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.

For rainy days, TNT TV can be used without moderation. A dining area for 6 people overlooks the whole. The equipped American kitchen has all the necessary comfort: coffee maker, toaster, oven, fridge, with all the cutlery and utensil necessary.

Note the presence in the back kitchen a very practical and very clean storage space with a large complementary fridge.

The outside will allow you to get out deck chair, table, barbecue to enjoy the good weather on a plot of more than 600 m². In the garden, you will be calm and can enjoy the peaceful, tree-lined garden which will delight young and old alike. You can rest in the shade of the pines or let the children play safely.

400 m from the sea, right in the center of the seaside resort of Jullouville, you will have only the choice of activities. Swimming, walking on the seawall or on the fine sandy beach of Jullouville, tennis, golf, restaurant 'feet in the water', fishing, horse riding etc.

The beach is 400 meters on foot. In the heart of the seaside resort, you will be surprised to hear the doves coo in the center of Jullouville. A unique villa that will delight you with its calm thanks to its grounds and its immediate proximity to the interesting activities of the resort.

Lovely location . Very friendly proprietor. Think they are quite new at this.It was very basic, and the list of amenities was misleading. It said "shower with toilet and separate toilet,"but there was just the one toilet We were asked us for suggestions. Firstly they need a copy of the terms and conditions in English. I only received these a day before we went ,and as they were in French it was quite difficult to translate it all and we arrived with no bedding .Some new pillows are needed. A small supply of toilet paper would have been appreciated, There was just one roll which hardly lasted till we went shopping. Also there were a lot of tiny ants which got every where. Having said all that we had a good week.
