About this property

LOCATED HOLIDAY HOUSE GRANVILLE - 1.1 KM FROM THE SEA OF DONVILLE LES BAINS

The day of rental, a deposit of 450 € will be asked by check to holidaymakers. The check will be cashed only in the case of degradations.
Our house has a capacity of 6 people (Possibility to accommodate 2 people and more with a BZ of 120 cm in mezzanine for an additional 9 € per person per night). It is located in a recent subdivision. It is a spacious, bright and pleasant to live. We attach great importance to cleanliness. We look forward to welcoming you to the keys and we will carry out the state of places.
The cleaning fee is not included in the displayed price. You can choose this option at the time of signing the contract sent to the renter, it will be charged and paid 60 € the day of the arrival of the tenant by check or cash.
Our rentals start from Saturday 16h to the following Saturday 10h in July and August.
Possibility to rent the duvet covers: 12 € per bed.
We accept short stays on weekends and holidays.
We provide our renters with 2 adult bikes and various board games for free.
Each room has a bed for 2 persons: 140 x 190. In one of the rooms, there is a cot.
On the ground floor are: Cellar (washing machine), fitted kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven), dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 separate toilet.
Our house is non smoking and we do not accept pets (thank you for your understanding).
1 closed courtyard with electric gate where you can park 3 cars.
1 garage with electric door to park 2 vehicles.
Iron + table, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster ...: nothing is missing and a lot of dishes.
A supermarket is located 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike (Bread Depot)
To situate yourself:
The nearest beach is at DONVILLE LES BAINS 5 minutes by car (25 minutes walk for the bravest).
The town center GRANVILLE, 2.1 km, full of charm and pleasant, is 5 minutes by car (25 minutes walk).
A shopping center is a 5 minute drive. You'll find everything to meet your needs.
Finally, downtown DONVILLE LES BAINS is a 10 minute walk with shops (Bakery, Butcher ...)

Trés bon sejour

The property is extremely well kept, fully furnished, nice and cosy. The pellet stove was on when we arrived, which was very nice from the owners. The owners are super-agreeable, friendly and approachable, and available for any issues. Will consider again for the next holiday in Normandy

Positive Überraschung

Sehr angenehmes Haus, viel Platz,sehr gepflegt, ruhige Lage, freundliche unkomplizierte Hausbesitzer. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir die Könige, in 10 Minuten am Hafen und schnell in der sehenswerten Umgebung mit Natur, Klosteranlagen und Stränden. Wir waren in der Nachsaison da.

Großzügiges und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alle Zimmer sind großzügig und hell. In der oberen Etage befindet sich neben den zwei Schlafzimmern und dem Badezimmer noch eine Galerie mit Couch als zusätzlicher Rückzugsort. Das Haus befindet sich in einem schönen Neubaugebiet, Granville ist gut mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand nach Donville kommt man auch gut mit dem Fahrrad. Da wir persönlich den Strand in Coudeville Plage schöner finden, da hier kaum Steine sind, sind wir auch dorthin teilweise mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Im Garten hat man schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Nett waren auch die frischen Kräuter in einem Hochbeet. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft!

Un gîte spacieux et lumineux, très agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable, au calme dans une zone pavillonnaire. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. La maison est récente, très bien entretenue et bénéficie de tous les équipements souhaités et attendus d'une location haut de gamme. Equipements modernes d'excellente qualité. Le descriptif de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité. La location est située dans un quartier pavillonnaire particulièrement calme bien que proche du centre ville et des plages. Sa localisation permet, selon ses désirs, de faire ses courses en grande surface ou dans les commerces du centre ville. Sauberes, neues Ferienhaus

Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin sehr freundlich empfangen und ausführlich eingewiesen. Das Haus ist relativ neu, sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Man kann keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme empfangen. Der Garten ist pflegeleicht angelegt. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet, das am Stadtrand liegt. Im Nachbarort Donville-les-Bains befindet sich ein schöner Sandstrand.

Super séjour dans ce gite très confortable , d'une propreté irréprochable, meublé avec goût . Beaucoup de vaisselle et d'appareils ménagers à notre disposition. De plus le temps étant très beau nous avons pu profiter de prendre nos repas dans le jardin. Notre hôte est très accueillante et disponible . Ce gite est à recommander sans hésitation et sans modération.
