nine restored character cottage is situated on the Loire at the foot of the small town of Decize. Surrounded by a fenced garden of 2000m² equipped with games for children of a bungalow for extra beds.
Labeled 3 CléVacances and bikes home, with 1 bedroom with shower room and WC, 1 kitchen with seating convertible into sleeping and bathroom and toilet in the hall
It is located at the foot of the small DECIZE tourist town overlooking the Loire and the old town, at the junction of the side channel of the Loire (bike Euro 6) and the Nivernais Canal within walking distance of all the shops , swimming stadium, canoeing, swimming pool was winter, tennis, cinema, fishing, bicycles.
In the center of four wine regions, 25 minutes from the Circuit of NEVERS MAGNY COURS, 30 minutes: MILLS (Auvergne),
Morvan park of the PAL activity, 1:30 Castle GUEDELON etc ....

This property was nice however several things in the description are incorrect there are no sheets or towels supplied,there is no washing machine,the dishwasher is so tiny it,s useless and it can not be used at the same time as other appliances. Also owner requested 30% extra money on property after we had staued
