Proche de la mer, très belle maison sur 3 étages, grande terrasse très appréciable .Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et en garderons un très bon souvenir.Accueil très sympathique.Nous conseillons cette maison.

Maison charmante, bien équipée, propre, l'acceuil était parfait.A noter une literie impeccable avec de très bons matelas. La salle d'eau (douche) est très bien.La situation est très bonne, proche du tréport (10 minutes en voiture), de la plage de Mesnil Val (3 minutes à pied).Un très bon séjour!

Wunderschönes Haus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe - drei Minuten zu Fuß mit zwei Kindern und Strandgepäck. Bestens eingerichtet mit allem, was es für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Sitzmöglichkeiten auf Terrasse und im Garten so wählbar, dass man ganztags die Sonne genießen kann…Schräg gegenüber einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei.Angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern!Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Belle localisation ! Maison agréable

Rien à redire vraiment sauf quelques points de détails : Le plus dommage, c'est le manque de transat / chaises longues. Avec 3 terrasses disponibles, on peut suivre le soleil toute la journée mais assis parce que aucun transat n'est mis à dispositon. En second, l'absence de Wifi. On peut s'en passer mais même le réseau 5G est lent à cet endroit - donc un wifi serrait un plus. En dernier, le ménage perfectible qui a été fait (avant notre arrivée ?) : impeccable à l'étage (chambres et salle de douche) mais beaucoup de poussières laissées au rez-de-chaussée (bibelots, meuble TV, ...). Le prix demandé pour le ménage étant assez conséquent (75€), on pouvait s'attendre à plus de propreté à l'arrivée.

Vacances familiale

Superbes vacances passées en famille. Maison parfaite pour une grande famille. Isabelle notre référence très sympathique . Proximité de la plage de galets super ! Belle terrasse devant et derrière la maison. Très belle région . Randonnées, plage , pêche aux moules ,cerf volant , visite de Tréport et environs, funiculaire, baignade, canoe kayak en mer, magasins à moins de 15 mn de la maison . Je recommande .

Belle maison et très bel endroit

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos 10 jours dans cette maison, malgré une météo maussade qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter des extérieurs. Points + : l'endroit, la facilité à se garer, beaucoup de vaisselle et couverts, beaucoup d'ustensiles et petit électroménager, chambres agréables. Points - : peu de rangement dans la cuisine, beaucoup d'objets partout, pas de bouilloire, pas de sacs séparés pour trier plastiques et papiers. La maison était propre mais le dernier ménage devait dater de quelques mois. Sur ce coin de Criel : nous avons été séduits par cette ancienne station balnéaire de la Belle Epoque. Le boulanger situé à 50m est vraiment excellent, le resto de la plage très sympathique. La plage de galets laisse admirer un époustouflant panorama de falaises et il y a une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Un petit chemin côtier de 3.5km mène au funiculaire du Tréport, c'est une belle balade à travers champs.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Séjour bien agréable ! Dommage que la météo ait été mitigée… malgré tout nous avons passé de très bons moments.

schöne Woche in Le Criel

Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Woche hier verbracht! Das Haus ist gross (den Kellerraum mit Bad haben wir gar nicht benutzt), gepflegt und super gelegen, der Strand nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Da es an Strasse liegt aber doch viel ‚Betrieb‘, man kann ja auf die Sitzgruppe hinterm Haus ausweichen. Prima Küche mit Gasflammen. Der Bäcker auf dem Weg rechts runter ist toll! Die verschiedenen Tartes, va das Pistazientörtchen probieren! Die Dame die uns betreut hat sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man aber selbst mitbringen, auch Waschmittel, Spültabs, Gewürze- und ein gutes Kochmesser macht es einfacher. Die Vermieterin möchte vorab eine Kaution (per Scheck ggf Überweisung), das sollte man wissen. Alles in allem: 100% zu empfehlen.

Très bon séjour

Très belle maison typique et pleine de charme, idéalement placée près de la mer. Toute la famille a apprécié ( avec 3 enfants de 4 mois à 7 ans) la mer, la plage et les moments agréables dans la maison.

WIE IMMER,Superlage mitten im Ort,trotzdem Ruhe und nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer, Bäckerei schräg gegenüber.Große Terrasse um das Dorfgeschehen life mitzuerleben. Einrichtung der Villa ist" Landestypisch 🇨🇵. Gute Kücheneinrichtung/Utensilien.Gute ,neue Matratzen Die Dorfbewohner und Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich,wir waren willkommen.Die Vermieterin ist sehr korrekt und bei Problemen immer zu erreichen.Wir würden gerne wieder kommen 🎏🏖🇨🇵

Bon sejour/annonce non conforme prestations

Belle propriete et belle situation geographique. Prestations pas a la hauteur de l annonce initiale (absence de Wifi ; annonce corrigee entre temps par la proprietaire ; placard d entree non accessible, baby-foot note dans l annonce introuvable, rupture de gaz lors de preparation d un dejeuner ; retabli rapidement par les intermediaires). Toujours en attente de reponse de la part de la proprietaire a nos deux derniers mails.

"Entschleunigung pur"

Wir haben 14 Tage in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus gewohnt.Von Anfang an haben wir uns "Zuhause " gefühlt. Viele Fenster die die gute Meeresluft herein lassen .Großzügige Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer und zur "Hauptattraktion " von Mesnil-Val.....dem Bäcker.Hier ist der Treffpunkt des Ortes.Überall freundliche Menschen, Das Haus ist geräumig, Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Die Elektronik funktioniert super!!!=Kombigerät Elektroplatten/Gas/Backofen/Spülmaschinen alles in einem Gerät Waschmaschine wäscht sauber und frisch. Kühl-Gefrierkombi lässt sich Stufenlos regulieren. Matratzen sind neu,(Taschentonnenfedern mit guter Absteppung). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Sie antwortete sehr schnell und korrekt auf alle Fragen. Check in-Check out war easy. Vielleicht bleiben wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt noch länger.

Une semaine a la mer avec les petits enfants

Charmante maison avec grande terrasse et jardin a l arriere. Les enfants ont de l espace pour jouer. Boulangerie a proximite. Plage a proximite. Pas la grande foule, ideal si on recherche le calme.

La mer à nos pieds

Maison très sympathique et bien équipée. Le jardin est appréciable. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la mer. La baie de Somme à 45 minutes. De très belles vacances en famille

Maison charmante et reposante

Maison très agréable avec beaucoup d'équipements. Très belle décoration. Très reposante et calme. Grand plus le plage à 5 minutes à pieds est très appréciable. Boulangerie, boucherie et restaurant sur place. Très agréable séjour pour nous et notre petite fille de 4 ans. on s'est amusé et reposé. De très bonnes vacances en famille.
