Please be sure to use correct occupancy when booking. The Sunset Cottage is a place you can relax and forget about everyday cares. As soon as you step through the front door you’ll be greeted by memories of staying with your grandparents. This place is meant to be your home away from home, not somewhere that is stark and sterile. Our guests consistently comment on how comfy, cozy, and clean the house is and how available we are when needed. Don’t spend another second looking… book here. You’ll love it too.
The house itself covers just over 1,100 square feet and sleeps 8 people. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds in the spare bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The mostly level yard is perfect for kids to play in or you can relax on the large covered front porch. You will have full use of the house and yard EXCLUDING the basement, and shed. Charles and Amy live within 2 miles and are never more than a text or phone call away.

This home felt like a nice place to relax and enjoy some meals together. The antique touches in the kitchen just added to it's charm. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. All of our communication with the owner was quick and polite.
We were in KY for a conference. Staying at this house was very peaceful and quiet. It gave us the time we needed to rest and relax in between sessions. Thank you for a relaxing, clean and quiet stay. Would recommend to others.
The property is just what our family needed for a little get away to bring in the new year. Able to drive back to Cincy and creation museum with easy access to the interstate. Just minutes from shopping and also enjoyed the lights and concert at the Ark Encounter. Our host was very responsive to any needs that came up.
We were very comfortable & felt at home in the cottage at
306 Sunset Drive in Williamstown, KY. If we travel in this area again, we will definitely stay there again!
From the moment we entered the property we were home. We are both quilters and center of the living room was a vintage quilt hanging on the wall. Kitchen was decorated all in vintage roosters loved our stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night lodging. It provided perfect accommodations for my family. The house was clean, spacious, and a very sweet reminder for my mom of her childhood.
Oh my birds greeted us, a squirrel had coffee with me (I was enjoying the quiet porch sitting), I went in to fix breakfast and a baby deer was in the backyard eating grass, & then our final day there 2 small baby jack rabbits were wishing us well on our trip as they ate grass & frolicked in the morning dew. Best stay ever!
