45 M² team apartment for four people, sea view located south with stunning views of the picturesque harbor of Ploumanac'h, in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast near the natural site and the granite chaos. Pier to the reserve of birds of the seven islands to 50 m.
This is located on the 1st floor of a house composed of a creperie on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor. The rental includes three levels.

1st level:
independent entrance,
Kitchen area with sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils.
usable fireplace, window overlooking the harbor.
Dining area with table and chairs, dresser with crockery,
dirty with toilet, shower and sink.
2nd level:
Living area with convertible sofa two people (recommended children) coffee table and TV,
3 rd level:
Mezzanine with 140 beds (two people), Velux harbor views.
In the courtyard (Collectif), Garden, clothesline and laundry room with washing machines.

Erreur de remise de clé de la part du propriétaire, accès impossible au logement à 1 h du matin

Nous n’avons pas pu prendre possession de notre location Carle propriétaire n’a pas mis les clés de notre logement dans la boîte à clé mais les clés d’un autre logement. Nous avons du procéder à la recherche d’un hôtel à 1 h du matin, le propriétaire ne répondant ni à nos appels ni à nos textos . Je vous faire suivre les échanges et factures de notre hôtel pour remboursement.

Nous avons apprécié cette loc et le plus avec la cheminée , pensez à apporter du bois ou allez l'acheter à la jardinerie de Trégastel Belle vue sur le port

St Guirec ou les odeurs de crêpes

Seul petit b-mol lors du séjours, la présence d'une crêperie juste en dessous de l'appartement qui n'est à aucun moment signalé sur le site de location. Nous avons passer une semaine avec l'aération de la cuisine sur l'entrée de la location. Impossible de rester sur le balcon ou d'y faire sécher le linge. Un coup à vous dégouter des crêpes Bretonne pour le reste de votre vie. HEUREUSEMENT que la Patronne et les employés se sont montrés fort agréable afin d’éviter au maximum les nuisances sonores liés à leur activité.

location charmante

Appartement au calme , confortable et bien situé .Vue imprenable sur le port , à proximité immédiate des choses à faire (pour 3 ou 4 jours c'est parfait) On a apprécié le charmant village de Ploumanach , le sentier douanier le long des rochers de granit rose jusqu’à Perros Guirec (ballade facile), la croisière en bateau jusqu'aux 7 iles (a réserver avant ), le musée des Telecom à Pleumeur (fermé le samedi) Un seul hic ,le chauffage ... qu'il aurait fallu demandé avant de venir (facturé 6 euros/jour) A ce prix là on attend de voir sur place. Heureusement , on a eu qu'une demi journée de pluie ! A recommander en automne pour découvrir la cote de granit rose :)
