We specialize in FLETC and those needing longer term accommodations. Fastest St. Simon's Island commute to FLETC headquarters. Try it out, we are sure you will love this house.

Great location. Convenient to everything. Easy off and on to the island. Walk to Gascoigne Bluff and beautiful sunsets. Bring your fishing pole and camera. Easy ride to pier, ocean beach, restaurants, bars, super market, movies, shops etc.

Large 3-4 BR, 2 1/2 Bath. 2200 s/f. Beautifully furnished. You will simply get more for your money (size, quality, location). This home has a place for everyone.

Super comfortable master with king, full bath, walk-in closet, 50" Samsung and safe on 1st floor.

One upstairs bedroom has a queen. The other upstairs bedroom has two full beds.

Media room on second floor with leather couches, 50" Samsung and additional full bath. The media room adjoins the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

Office with sleeper sofa on first floor. Can serve as the 4th bedroom. Has a desk and multi-function color printer. 1/2 bath next to office.

Granite/stainless kitchen. dishwasher, microwave, Instapot, air fryer, and Keurig. Lots of counter space. Fully equipped kitchen.

Pool, private parking, garage, full size laundry, office, screen room overlooking private patio and private, fenced back yard. Patio features a gas Weber grill, gas fire pit, teak patio set. Screen room has Adirondack chairs, patio set and small tv.

Includes three 50" Samsung Smart TV's (master, media and living rooms) with premium channels. Includes Netflix, Prime account, AT&T, HBO, Showtime etc. All utilities and FAST wifi. Many upgrades throughout.

Enjoy the large pool, Kayak, gas BBQ, 2 bikes, Thule bike rack, large and small coolers, beach chairs (4), beach towels (4) Frisbee (regular and two Frisbee golf sets) and tennis rackets(4).

Nearby parks offer complimentary Frisbee golf course and tennis courts.

Owner operated and managed. Sorry, but no smoking or pets.

Georgia sales tax is additional if renting for less than 4 months. This does not apply to longer term FLETC instructors.

If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay, you have found it. This is our vacation HOME, not a party house. Not a party development. Families welcome. 3 miles to ocean beach. Super clean house.

FLETC instructors are invited to inquire about a shorter term stay to insure this is the home they want call home during their longer term TDY detail. Please send email for details.

Sorry but no pets and no smoking permitted.

FLETC instructors enjoy 2x/month cleaning service or complimentary gym membership. If you are not satisfied with your current accommodations, or simply want a better home during your stay. We promise you will not be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Simply beautiful home, the owner, Pete, had beach chairs, large rolling cooler, 4 bikes to ride.... large media room upstairs.... bed were all super comfortable.... we dealt with Pete’s brother Johnny and with Austin most and the hospitality they showed us was above and beyond anything we ever expected. From the fresh pitcher of ice cold water in the refrigerator with a nice note, to the letter left on the counter welcoming us to this home and then grabbing us a pool float pump, they are just awesome! All of the rooms were decorated simple and beautiful and it truly is fully furnished. I could not imagine staying any where else if we return to St. Simons again (and we will).

High thread count bath towels, good quality pots and pans, stocked pantry with spice rack, multiple streaming services on 6 TVs. Hosts were very responsive. We would definitely rent this home again

A great vacation getaway... a trip we will never forget!

The property provided everything we needed for a great getaway. Peter (owner) was extremely nice and Johnny (onsite manager) was also extremely nice, helpful, and hospitable during our stay. We love the location. Very quiet development. Very convenient to shops, eating, and the beach. It's not right next to the beach but just a short ride. We enjoyed riding bikes and eating good seafood during our stay. We also enjoyed some good fishing! The unit was inviting, very well equipped, roomy, and provided great beach supplies. One of the best parts of our trip was witnessing and helping save pilot whales that swam ashore and became beached on the sand. Locals said they had never seen anything like it before. It was absolutely AMAZING! A trip we will never forget!

First Time on St. Simons Island

We spent a relaxing week at this property and couldn't have been happier. We were all reluctant to leave. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. It was a short drive to the beach and to restaurants and shops in town. We all enjoyed the pool. We hope to return again sometime, and will definitely check out this property first.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was wonderful! We had plenty of room for my husband and I and four teenagers! The upstairs entertainment room was their hangout, which kept from fighting over the TV :) The location was easy to access on and off the island and a wonderful place to ride the bikes that were provided! Peter was a wonderful host and we would certainly recommend this rental for anyone looking for some relaxation! Thank you for a great time!

Could not have had a better experience than we had with Jenna and Brad. Communication prior to check-in, during their stay, after check-out was great. They treated our home like it was their own. They left it super-clean and there was no damage or any other issues at all. We would absolutely welcome Brad and Jenna back at any time. I am a retired Fire Department of New York (FDNY) Captain. My wife and I fell in love with St. Simon's and are proud to offer our home as a FLETC rental. We hope to be snowbirds in a couple of years and have set up this home with everything one would expect in their own home.

Why they chose this property

It features an open layout and is extremely comfortable. Private, fenced-in back yard with a patio, screen room and large gas Weber grill. The home was built in 2017. All furnishings were new in 2017. Smoking is not permitted, insuring no smoke odors for our guests. There are 2 bikes, beach chairs, coolers, tennis rackets, frisbees etc.

What makes this property unique

This home offers various living spaces and options. There is literally a place for everyone. There is a large media room upstairs so family members can have their own space! There is also an office with desk and sofa/sleeper, garage with workbench, screen room and patio so everyone can be comfortable. There is even a private, fenced in back yard. The pool is a 2 minute walk away. Towels provided!

The office has a desk and printer.

This home has everything you will need and that you would expect in your own home.
