25M2 apartment with one bedroom and a sleeping area located in the Le Grand Sud residence (Quartier Eclose). Ideal for family with 2 children. Track access by cable car 70 meters from the apartment.

Apartment equipped with TV, kitchen area renovated in 2018 (Microwave oven, fridge, 2 hotplates, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine).
In the bedroom, a large double bed, mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
South-facing balcony with view of the mountains and the valley.

L'équipement et la propreté de l'appartement ne correspondent pas à ce que l'on est supposé attendre.Pas de sièges extérieurs comme présenté en photo de couverture de l'appartement, de l'eau chaude en suffisance juste pour une personne, les autres doivent attendre, un appareil à raclette qui présente des restes de fromage, pas d'allonge électrique, on doit débrancher un multiprise du frigo pour utiliser l'appareil, pas de chargeur d'aspirateur, des ampoules HS, un seule verre à vin (..) des poussières sur la machine à café et autres électros..nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée

1 semaine ski en famille

Appartement assez agréable, bien situé et proche de toutes commodités. A quatre adultes l'espace est assez restreint mais tout à fait vivable. Idéal pour une famille avec deux petits ou jeunes enfants. Il faut donc bien s'entendre car il est difficile de s'isoler. Parking au pied de la résidence. On entend un peu les voisins du dessus mais sans être gênant. Il y manque quelques accessoires pour faciliter la préparation des repas: une planche à découper, un bon couteau, une grande casserole genre fait tout. Le gardien de l'immeuble est très serviable et disponible pour effectuer des réparations : rideau extérieur qui s'était bloqué et porte coulissante menant au balcon dont la fermeture était défaillante. Appartement que je recommande.

Opened the door to the apartment and it was stinking of smoke, the place is tiny, dirty and really dated. We turned around and left the apartment and just got another place to stay!
