FULLY EQUIPPED CONDO: This unit is one of the larger units in the building with 2 King bedrooms / 2.5 full bath. This townhouse has a king bed upstairs, and king bed downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a washer and dryer to help ensure your vacation is a pleasant one. The living room also features a fireplace, an LCD TV.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE: Please ensure you call if there are any issues with the cleanliness or maintenance of your property when you check in. These items will be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Convenient to the Deschutes River, shopping, breweries, the road to Mt. Bachelor, OSU Cascades Campus and so much more.

KEY CLEANLINESS GUIDELINES:
• We encourage good hand hygiene for guests and anyone involved with the property by providing sufficient hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap products at property entry points and key areas, and also encouraging handwashing regularly with water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
• We recommend removing shoes when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance (if possible, outside).

NO GROUPS: Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. If property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing, the guests credit card will be charged for these damages. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest. Children are welcome.

We had a delightful stay at this immacultely apointed home. Nice safety of a gated community meant we did not worry about safety of our vehicle or our family. The fireplace makes everything cozy. Quality linens and bedding. Excellent cookware and a top kitchen make it so much more homey than staying in a motel. Cooking with real gas makes all food taste better.

Perfect Cozy and Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay at Louise’s property! The townhouse is tastefully decorated and has nice cozy touches. We loved having the fireplace at night :) The kitchen is well equipped and great appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently on two floors allowing extra privacy, great for a stay of two couples. I would definitely stay again and recommend for others :)

This was my second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. This is a high quality property in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. There are miles of walking trails around the neighborhood with plenty of shade. The upstairs deck was nice and relaxing in the afternoons. Convenient location close to all of the Westside pubs, restaurants, trails and other amenities. Will be back!
