About this property

1400sf Lakefront Home Very Peaceful Quiet and Secluded but close to everything

My Brother and I grew up in this home, and our family still enjoys vacationing here at different times throughout the year. It sits on a beautiful, private 67-acre clear, spring-fed lake (no public access). We have a canoe, a jonboat (no motor, just paddles), a 2 or 3 person Kayak, , and a paddleboard so you can get out and either fish or just have fun. The home is only 30 minutes away from the gulf coast, 25 minutes to Tampa International Airport, and less than 2 hours to the Disney World area. It is 1400sf. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the laundry room has a very nice washer/dryer. The furniture is not your typical rental-type furniture either--it is upper-class furniture. There is a covered car-port for one car, and plenty of additional parking for other vehicles.

This home is as beautiful and comfortable as the pictures portray. Our host stayed in communication with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We witnessed some amazing sunrises from the picture window and enclosed sun porch! We highly recommend this home.

This was our second stay at the lakehouse and it was as wonderful as we remembered it. It’s a nice, private location with a gorgeous view of the lake. The house is well-decorated and stocked with all the amenities you could want and more. The boys went kayaking every day and we were able to take chairs, coolers and towels to the beach. We didn’t want our vacation to end.

First at all, Dr. Larry is on top of everything, he is detail oriented and made sure that we were comfortable. The property is lake front in a very quiet, relaxing location and is 20 minutes away from great restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Peaceful hidden gem

This house is warm and inviting and sits on a beautiful, quiet, private lake. Conveniently located between Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater is a great for multiple activities. You could easily stay right at home and enjoy the lake. Owners are great people who were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
