About this property

1400sf Lakefront Home Very Peaceful Quiet and Secluded but close to everything

My Brother and I grew up in this home, and our family still enjoys vacationing here at different times throughout the year. It sits on a beautiful, private 67-acre clear, spring-fed lake (no public access). We have a canoe, a jonboat (no motor, just paddles), a 2 or 3 person Kayak, , and a paddleboard so you can get out and either fish or just have fun. The home is only 30 minutes away from the gulf coast, 25 minutes to Tampa International Airport, and less than 2 hours to the Disney World area. It is 1400sf. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the laundry room has a very nice washer/dryer. The furniture is not your typical rental-type furniture either--it is upper-class furniture. There is a covered car-port for one car, and plenty of additional parking for other vehicles.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The lake views were beautiful, and we loved spending time on the dock and enjoying the peaceful surroundings while still being close enough to explore everything Tampa had to offer. It truly gave us the best of both worlds: Lake life with easy access to things to doThe host was friendly, responsive and made check -in and check-out very easy.We definitely recommend this lake house and would love to return again!

This was our second stay at the lakehouse and it was as wonderful as we remembered it. It’s a nice, private location with a gorgeous view of the lake. The house is well-decorated and stocked with all the amenities you could want and more. The boys went kayaking every day and we were able to take chairs, coolers and towels to the beach. We didn’t want our vacation to end.

Great peaceful place to enjoy!

First at all, Dr. Larry is on top of everything, he is detail oriented and made sure that we were comfortable. The property is lake front in a very quiet, relaxing location and is 20 minutes away from great restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay

We just completed a stay at this home over Thanksgiving week. The home is as described and pictured in the listing. Its an older home in a safe and established neighborhood and sits on a lovely piece of property on the lake. We would recommend this home to others.

Peaceful getaway
