GrandView #302 is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This third floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless steel appliances. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.  

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

This is our favorite place to stay. Unfortunately this stay we had an issue with the unit. My son was taking a shower and then water started pouring out of the light in the shower. We called maintenance and they checked it out. Apparently the pipes were bent or broken in the unit above, and it caused it to leak into our shower. We were lucky our son wasn't hurt or electrocuted. Maintenance had to come into our unit numerous times to assess and fix over the weekend.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel except for the amazingly terrible WiFi connection. Yes, it's not the major reason you go on vacation but it's critical when you're trying to find restaurants, plan activities or simply relax after a day in the sun. It was infuriatingly bad. Other than that this is a great place to stay. You can walk to the main street in town, visit any of a number of restaurants and shops and take in the views of the lake from your deck. Just fix the Wifi.

Great place to stay but bring your spices for cooking

Love the property and view! We have stayed at this property many times over the years and love the lake and pool access and incredible views. We love the two bathrooms wirh the family and full kitchen. We were surprised the kitchen didn’t have much as far as oil/spices etc as most other places we rent are fairly well stocked. We left our alcohol in the cupboard and no one called to let us know to pick it up which was a bit of a bummer but hopefully the next guests can enjoy it. We had everything. We need to cook with just needed to bring spices,, oil, ziplocks, foil and Saran Wrap if you plan to cook. They did provide salt and pepper. Love love love the view, lake and pool access.

Lovely property

Stayed here for the weekend with three moms and three teen girls. Check in and check out was easy and quick and staff was very friendly. Grounds with pool, hot tub, lawn chairs, dock were lovely with a beautiful view of lake. Great location with quick walk across bridge to shops and restaurants.

Perfect Fall Weekend Getaway

The view from this property is AMAZING. The location is perfect, providing easy access to all the area has to offer on the north and south sides of the lake, as well as the downtown Chelan shops and restaurants. It met all of our expectations and we hope to be back someday. Thank you!

The View was great!

The view was breath taking. The condo needs some updating. Stove did not work, piece of tile fell in the bathroom, dryer knob kept falling off and dryer kept stopping. Mold in the bathroom. Kitchen table was great. Couches and coffee table needs to be updated, very worn down, stains. Only one Garbage bag for the kitchen and toaster was hit and miss. Beds were great and comfortable. We will return for the view.

25th Anniversary

The condo was clean and lovely and had everything we needed. We loved being right on the lake- the views were amazing! It’s a great location for wine tasting during the day and walking into town in the evening. The exterior of the building is a bit run down but that didn’t effect our enjoyment at all.

Beware of the property management

The place is nice as shown in pictures. However, both the bedrooms face the hallway/elevator outside. Listing is provided by property owner (virtual) but property management is local and they will ding you $150 if you dont leave the room at sharp 11a. Since that 15-20mins late checkout fees go to property management, they wont listen. Worth staying there if you can leave the room by 10:30a and dont want to see management calling you as that would spoil the whole trip experience. Worst customer service.

Chelan Winter Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Grandview and loved the view of the lake surrounded by snow-covered hills. We arrived on Christmas day. The staff were on vacation, but access to our room was seamless. The town of Chelan is charming and we enjoyed the fact we could walk to the main street from our abode. We went cross country skiing at Echo Ridge; downhill and snow shoeing at Mission Ridge. It all made for a very nice winter get away.

Fantastic lake views, great location!

Nice condo on 3rd floor features spacious balcony for enjoying lake sunsets. 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeper sofa in the cozy living room. Grand View complex is a short walk to lake trail and downtown. We enjoyed our stay here!
