75m2 duplex recently renovated on the 1st and last floor classified 3 * by the Toulon tourist office. This accommodation is located in a very quiet residence on a human scale. Ground floor large living room dining room opening onto a 10m2 balcony with table and chairs, with fitted kitchen, and separate WC. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage, one of them has a shower and sink. There is also a bathroom with bath, sink and wc.
