Beautiful Private Oceanfront Casita with stunning Ocean and Mountain Views

Lovely private one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, living room with large private outdoor patio. WiFi, Satellite TV, Internet. Incredible views of beach and Sea of Cortez. Easy one minute walk to ocean (shallow and generally calm due to being in partial bay) Sandy bottom. Clean and beautiful private beach. Only 4 minute drive to local town with small grocery store, restaurants with great food that is very reasonable, police, fire station, and community center. Owners reside in main house next door to ensure all of your needs are met and expectations are exceeded in every way.

The Sea of Cortes is one of the richest bodies of water on the planet and has rightly earned the epithet of the “world’s greatest fish trap.” With over 900 different kinds of fish (around 20% of which are endemic) and 2000 kinds of marine invertebrates to be found in its waters, the Sea of Cortez is truly swimming with life. Indeed, one of the reasons the Sea of Cortez is filled with fish is its abundant food supply. San Felipe 2019: Best of San Felipe, Mexico Tourism - is only 45 minutes north and a wonderful small city for great restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing and bar hopping. We love it here! Bought Casa on 5 lots 2015. Built separate Casita 2017. We are retired couple who travel, live here and in Washington state. We are on VRBO to share this paradise with others at reasonable fee. Our goal is that guests want to return regularly and give us outstanding review.

It is the best beach! Fishing! Great location and perfect for a couple who want a romantic getaway yet have internet, satelite and cell service. Dog friendly if dog does not stay alone in Casita and is trained! 🐶
