You won't believe how beautiful this unit is with all new wood-look flooring and new appliances. All work completed in September 2018. This is a home away from home with direct ocean views and a modern renovation. The unit has all new sofas, chairs, and a dining table.

This unit is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center. Many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away. There is a great Children's Museum nearby and Broadway at the Beach is just up the road.

There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi's both indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to layout on with beach chairs and umbrellas. If golf is your thing we have it on all levels from miniature to world-class. Myrtle Beach is the golfing capital of the South Eastern U.S. Restaurants are everywhere and we have many award-winning chefs and a great variety of cuisine available.

Our unit contains a list of recommended restaurants with a description. Fishing is abundant on the beach as are needed supplies. Shopping is not just about outlets anymore. Although we boast two huge outlets centers with bargains galore, this is not the only option. Myrtle Beach Mall has added an amazing Store, Bass Pro Shop, that is well worth the trip. We also have the new Coastal Grand Mall.

You can also check out Market Commons and shop till you drop at stores like Pottery Barn or dine at PF Changs. If you want to catch a show we have a great host of theaters including Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater and the Palace Theater. Best of all, you are just steps away from long, sandy beaches. It only takes a few seconds to get down the elevator and wiggle your toes in the warm sand. For the adventurers, there is parasailing and surfing.

Plenty of space

The rooms were pretty good, kitchen was stocked but needs some TLC. There was 1 pan but it was unusable so we had to buy our own. Spatulas need to be purchased as well since most of them have melted tips. Beds and bedding were nice and comfortable as was the living room. Great balcony!

Some issues

Overall nice, but, some ceiling was peeling in two rooms, bathtub was cracked and sunken around drain kind of a slip hazard, bathroom sink was backing up once with a bad smell and we were not even using it.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes.
