While we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and neighborhood, we are sorry to learn of disappointing aspects of your stay. We understand that you spoke with our after-hours team as you had difficulties locating the home upon arrival and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. At the time of booking, we send all of our guests an email invitation to our guest portal where we have made sure to include specific directions for locating the unit. We send a second invitation via text the day before check-in as well. That said, we certainly understand that this is not what you wish to deal with after a long travel day and we are sorry for the negative impact this had on your stay. We wish we had been made aware of any challenges you experienced with operating the hot tub as we would have been happy to assist and send a member of our maintenance team if necessary. Of course, we do understand wanting to remain unplugged while on vacation. In response to your additional feedback, we have since had the carpets professionally steam cleaned and we are very sorry that we were unable to do this during your stay, as it requires the home to be empty. Thank you for your note regarding our visitor guide. While the restaurants listed in our guest portal are up to date and link directly to the restaurant’s site with their hours, we will absolutely review our printed guide to ensure it reflects the same information. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope that despite these items, you enjoyed your time in Jackson overall.
