Pretty independent duplex house of 65m2 in a 4000m² garden in typical Provence terraces with olive and oak trees, 300 meters from the village and 3km from Barjols.
You have 2 private terraces with tables, chairs and sun loungers as well as a barbecue.
The swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5m) is shared with the owners (2 people). In the poolhouse you have deckchairs available.
The duplex has on the ground floor a living room, an open kitchen as well as a bathroom with a large jet shower as well as a separate toilet.
upstairs is the 25m² bedroom with dressing room, all occupying the entire accommodation.
