Logement très bien placé et agréable... Seul souci, mais non des moindres, il n'y a pas de matelas double mais 2 matelas individuels accolés, dont un en mauvais état, donc un trou important... D'où de mauvaises nuits... Et le séjour romantique assez contrarié... A éviter pour les couples...

Gute Lage aber sehr dreckig

Die Kommunikation und Empfang waren freundlich und es gab wenige Probleme. Uns wurde sogar entgegengekommen, sodass wir schon etwas früher in das Apartment konnten. Bei unsere Ankunft wurde uns dann gesagt wir sollten eine Kaution bezahlen und gefragt, ob wir Sachen zum Putzen der Wohnung mitgebracht hätten. Weder von einer Reinigung durch die Gäste noch einer Kaution steht etwas im Inserat. Wir haben dann klar gestellt, dass wir diese nicht zahlen werden bzw. nur, wenn der Betrag über FeWo berechnet wird. Die Anforderung, dass wir die Wohnung bei Abreise grundreinigen sollten, war schlichtweg absurd angesichts dessen, wie wir sie vorgefunden hatten: Im Kühlschrank stand altes Wasser, das äußerst schlimm roch. Der Boden, der Tisch, die Leiter sowie der Kubus, in dem die Betten sind waren definitiv nicht gereinigt, da Staub und auch einiger anderer Dreck zu finden war. Das "Doppelbett" besteht aus zwei Lattenrosten, die sich in der Nacht immer wieder verschieben, sodass wir mehrmals das Bett wieder beziehen mussten. Nach 2 Nächten hatten wir von den durchgelegenen Matratzen Rückenschmerzen und irgendwann auch Juckreiz, den wir uns nicht erklären konnten. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und zentral. Auch die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und uns wurden auch Tipps gegeben, was wir unternehmen könnten. Ich hätte deswegen gerne eine positivere Bewertung geschrieben, aber aufgrund des wirklichen verdreckten Apartments (leider kann man keine Bilder zur Bewertung hinzufügen) und der Ausstattung kann ich das nicht tun. Die Leistung, die hier seitens des Vermieters erbracht wurde ist in Anbetracht des wirklich stattlichen Preises fast schon dreist.

Haben unsere Zeit in äußerst gekonnt gestaltetem Apartment genossen! Lage perfekt, super Blick über die Dächer aufs Meer, nette familiäre Schlüsselübergabe, Einweisung und Empfang.

Certes, l'appartement est agréable et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique, mais je trouve inadmissible de louer cet appartement dont l'escalier tout entier est renforcé par des étais de haut en bas et laisse apparaître des fissures. 4 ans après le drame de la rue d'Aubagne , la preuve que l'avidité de certains propriétaires n'a pas de limites. Bon pour le manque de wifi et d'internet, juste un détail pour lequel le propriétaire a fait un geste commercial.

Un petit appart super bien placé

L'appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos, très calme, les 2 lits de 160 très confortables. L'emplacement est top en plein cœur du Panier, à 5mn à pied du Mucem, 10mn du Vieux port et 20mn à pied de la gare. Plein de bars et resto sympas en terrasse, à proximité. Je recommande

Heerlijk verblijf voor mijn schrijfcessie

Prachtige één-kamerstudio met goede voorzieningen, lekker licht, en voor centrum van grote stad ook heerlijk rustig. Gastvrij ontvangen door Bouthaina, die mijn koffer de vier verdiepingen omhoog sjouwde. Sfeervolle oude wijk vol creativiteit. Onduidelijk in advertentie was dat ik zelf moest poetsen, of daarvoor bijbetalen. Ook onduidelijk was dat het terras op het noorden is, wat in november het verschil betekent tussen wel of niet buiten kunnen zitten.

klasse Blick nach steilem Aufstieg

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und der Blick von der Terasse ist großartig. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es relativ ruhig. Boutaina war beim Ein- und Auschecken sehr hilfeich und kompetent. Alles ist sehr sauber. Es gab nur zwei kleine Wermutstropfen: das Doppelbett war nicht wirklich ein Doppelbett, sondern bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Matratzen, und der Aufstieg in den 4. Stock durch das seit Jahrzehnten nicht renovierte Treppenhaus war ziemlich abenteuerlich. Ansonsten alles bestens. Wegen meines eingerosteten Französisch hat Herr Trayaud sogar auf Englisch mit mir kommuniziert. Zu den Highlights zählten für mich die Bar "13 Coins" unmittelbar unten am Haus und die vorbeifahrenden großen Fähren. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Nice, interesting flat

It was very nice, communication with bouthaina was also really good, warm and welcoming. The flat was very nice, only would have liked a little more information that it doesn't really have two bedrooms, only two plateus, it's okay for close families but if you want to close a door behind you, it's not the perfect choice. Maybe a curtain or something similar in front of the bed would do it. But we liked the room and the view very much.

Superbe emplacement Wi-Fi déficient

Très bel emplacement dans le quartier pittoresque du Panier. Avis aux sportifs il y a tous de même 69 marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Très belle vue du balcon de la cathédrale la Major. Wi-Fi défectueux durant tous le séjour (6 jours) , donc pas d'Internet ni de télévision. Mais le propriétaire avec courtoisie , nous a offerts de prendre à ses frais le ménage de l'appartement pour compenser ces inconvénients .

Über den Dächern des Panierviertels

Die Kommunikation vor Antritt war etwas schwierig (vielleicht unsere Schuld, da wir kein Französisch sprechen und Englisch und Deutsch nicht wirklich weiter geholfen hat und die Antwortschreiben, die scheinbar über Googltranslater übersetzt, unverständlich waren) so wussten wir nicht, wie und durch wen wir den Schlüssel bekommen, hat sich dann aber mühsam geklärt, haben zusätzlich einen merkwürdigen unverständlichen Vertrag bekommen mit dem wir nichts anzufangen wussten, hat dann letztendlich aber auch ohne diesen Vertrag geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, aber sehr viel kleiner als gedacht und in einem ziemlich runtergekommenem Haus, als Architektin musste ich Statik und Brandschutz verdrängen, sonst hätte ich nachts kein Auge zu gemacht. Wohnung selbst ist aber sehr schön, über den Dächern des Panierviertels mit toller Aussicht. Sie war sauber und die Übergaben liefen, trotz anfänglicher Sorgen bzgl. der Kommunikation, sehr gut. Leider gibt es um diese Jahreszeit keine Sonne auf dem Balkon, wegen Nordlage, das war etwas schade und es gibt nur einen deutschen Fernsehsender, trotz Kabelanschluss .Im großen und ganzen können wir die Wohnung empfehlen und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Super Wohnung in schöner Lage mitten im Panier. Der Balkon hat einen traumhaften Ausblick - es sind Terrassenmöbel und sogar Liegen vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist (für ein kleines Appartement) super ausgestattet, man findet auch in der Küche alle Utensilien, die man zum Kochen benötigt. Der Alte Hafen, das MuCEM und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief problemlos.

Fijn en strak ingericht appartement met fantastisch uitzicht midden in de eigenzinnige buurt Panier

Midden in de volksbuurt met links en rechts leuke straatjes en heerlijke pleintjes. Leuke winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Vlakbij de haven. Mooi gekleurde panden in smalle straatjes. De graffiti-kunstwerken geven de buurt een eigenzinnig en rauw randje. Prachtig! Het appartement is bereikbaar via een lange ronde trap. Eenmaal boven een heerlijk ruim, schoon en strak afgewerkt appartement. We kregen een warm welkom. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is erg mooi. We kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen.

Mitten im Geschehen - modern, klein, schön - wer Altstadt-Leben mag!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung im 4. Stock (75 Stufen!), mitten im schönen Quartier Le Panier! Altstadt-Lebendig (nicht immer ruhig), für 4 Personen grenzwärtig, für 2-3 super! Tolle Aussicht mit Balkon! Abends zu Fuss verschiedenste Ausgeh-Möglichkeiten. Kochen limitiert, zwar top Mikrowellen-Kombi Ofen, jedoch nur 2 Herdplatten und kleiner Kühlschrank. Auto muss im Parkhaus (5 min. Distanz - kostet 54 € die Woche) abgestellt werden. Fazit: toll, wenn man Lebendiges Altstadtgeschehen mag.

Wunderbar! Merveilleux!

Wunderbare Sicht, mitten im Panier (zurzeit unserer Ferien Ende April war es immer sehr ruhig), sehr netter Empfang (Merci Nadia!), sauberes grosses und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Studio, der Holzkubus als moderne Variante des Himmelbettes mit bequemen Matratzen, Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war rasch, unkompliziert, persönlich und äusserst kundenfreundlich! Absolut empfehlenswert!

sehr schönes Appartement mitten im Panier

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Appartement hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Leider erreichte im Winter die Sonne die Terrasse nicht und wir konnten sie deshalb nicht so nutzen, wie wir uns das gewünscht hatten (auch in Marseille kann es im Winter manchmal kalt sein). Dafür war die Wohnung gut heizbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

sehr schönes Appartement im Quartier Panier, mitten in der Stadt

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Leider erreichte die Sonne im Winter die Terasse nicht. Deshalb konnten wir sie auch nicht so nutzen, wie wir uns das gewünscht hatten (auch im Winter ist es manchmal kalt in Marseille). Dafür war die Wohnung gut heizbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung und in diesem Quartier sehr genossen.
