Fabulous outdoor living area on the gulf front deck!! Complete with large sofa and 2 oversized chairs!! Super clean and beautiful!!!

** Silver Beach condos are located in the heart of Orange Beach!

You can walk to everything! Shopping, dining, grocery stores, Starbucks, ice cream, beignets, Al's 5 &10, and so much more!!

Silver Beach is 8 stories tall and has only 47 condos. The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!!

The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!

Unit 303 at Silver Beach is gorgeous! This condo was just purchased by a new owner. The unit is completely updated! The condo is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! You will find two bedrooms. The master features a king sized bed, large TV, private full bath, large closet, gorgeous gulf front views, and access to the gulf front balcony!

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, TV, and access to a full sized bath.

An air mattress is stocked with linens to accommodate 2 additional guests.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need!

The new living room furniture is extremely comfortable. The 65" smart TV is great for gameday or your favorite movie!!

The dining room comfortably sits 4! You will find three more dining seats at the kitchen bar!!

The gulf front deck is very large and provides a wonderful outdoor living area with a large outdoor sofa and 2 oversized club chairs!

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

**Pet policy: A pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee is required for all guests requesting to bring their pet.**

Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 40lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Great get away

We like the size of the building and that it’s dog friendly. Perfect location to get to gulf shores or to Pensacola easily. Close to restaurants and stores. The beach is so close and the balcony’s a nice sized!!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The amenities are wonderful and the location is great. You can walk to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

This was our 3rd time staying here at Silver Beach Condo’s! We really like staying at this condo! It’s right on the beach so you have a great view, Walmart, rouse market, Publix is all right behind you so if you need anything it’s right there u can just walk over! Not as much traffic like gulf shores so that’s great as well. Close to all our favorite restaurants 2! Definitely recommend!

The view of the water and beach is fantastic. The unit is close to several great restaurants, shopping spots, and trail heads. The unit was spotless and decorated very nicely. Management was very quick and way to communicate with.

Wonderful!

This condo is wonderful. My family has rented it twice already and definitely plan on doing so again in the near future. Lovely decor, beautiful beach view, directly across the street from multiple restaurants, even a Neighborhood Walmart!! Couldn’t ask for better. You won’t regret renting this condo.

The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. I would definitely love to stay there again. I hope no one reads this review because I don't want it to be so booked that I can't get in. ;-) The only thing I would suggest is that nicer patio furniture would make it absolutely perfect.

Overall great place

We enjoyed our stay as well as the location. We were able to bring one of our dogs but was unaware that we wouldn't be able to bring the other due to the rules of 1 dog limit during summer mths. Would have been nice to know before booking of that specific limit. The condo was nice bed and furniture very comfortable. Only down side was the second to last day we opened the silverware drawer and saw a cockroach crawling on the silverware. I did notify the condo manager and they made sure to let the facility know to spray. Overall it was very nice and would recommend to anyone who is interested in this condo

Sweet 16 Girls trip with my sisters, niece, and daughter

It was a great vacation at the condo. The location is perfect and right on the beach. The only complaints were the pull-out bed in the living room was not comfy at all. Keep that in mind when booking. It says it sleeps 6 but that includes the sofa sleeper. I don't know why those sofa sleepers haven't been improved to make them comfortable. Also, the washing machine is very loud and clanks. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place, clean, well equiped& great balcony. Only problem we had was not able to watch college football games Saturday as we planned. Those stations not available & Hulu app was only basic plan. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Wish someone would fix the elevator ( only 1 working) which could be a real problem in the peak season. There needs to be a bigger, well lit sign for coming in at night. I went past it 4 nights and had to do the U turns.
