Tastefully decorated spacious home with 3 bedrooms, each with private bath. Large living room with fireplace. Large family room with fireplace, bar, & ping pong table. Covered deck with pergola & grill. Just blocks from neighborhood restaurant. 2 block from East river walking trail. Spacious kitchen with seating for 8. This is a year round rental . Many restaurants and local boutiques near by. We are close to the quant little town of DePere on the Fox river and Green Bay’s East river just to our north. We are 14 minutes from Lambeau Field and the titletown district. We are 10 minutes from Downtown Green Bay and Hagemeister Park. Netflix and WIFI included. Renting year round. All linens included. Sorry no children.Discounts for longer stays available.This home is licensed & inspected by Brown county health department annually.
