Dream location on the outskirts with large pool and garden, very quiet.
The 60m² apartment is located in a traditional ‘mas'. Equipped with a large living and dining area it offers room for 4 people. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, and a separate toilet. One bedroom with king size bed (180X200) is located on the 1st floor, with separate toilet. One (children's) bedroom with 2 single beds (80X200) . The living-room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
E-car quick charger.
The apartment is located on a 5000m² resort with a beautiful garden and an olive trees park, with depending on the season olives, figs, pomegranates, apricots and grapes, and underground remainders of the Roman aqueduct of the Pont du Gard. Adjacent to the property is the HARIBO museum.
The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes.
In 2015 the region has been internationnally distinguished by UNESCO as a 'world biosphere reserve' (les Gorges du Gardon, Uzès and Nîmes, 9th June 2015).

I have chosen this property for its quietness and green nature. I spent one and a half years to turn it into a little piece of sunny paradise and invested a lot in its high standard equipment.
