Every imaginable amenity awaits you at this private, 55-plus gated community: golf (club membership transfer available!), tennis, fitness center, indoor and outdoor resort-style pools, 99-seat movie theater as well as a cyber café with 10 computers and a wireless hook up for your lap top.
With relaxing views of the lake and the 27-hole Chip Powell designed golf course from the spacious lanai, this three bedroom carriage house is fully-equipped for you to begin your vacation as soon as you arrive.
Each of the three bedrooms has glorious views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and water views with lanai. Each of the guest rooms has a queen-size bed and there is a comfortable pull-out in the den. All have their own televisions. The fully-applianced kitchen has granite counters, ceramic tiles floors and a private laundry with washer and dryer. All kitchen equipment, bed linens and towels are provided. There is even an elevator to whisk you and your packages from the two-car garage to the kitchen.
The dining area seats six adults comfortably and opens onto the great room, which is complete with surround sound, flat screen TV, cable and DVD player. The unit has wireless internet and ceiling fans in every room.
