Lovely guest house in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to markets or Pearl Street. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely front porch and plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Boulder stay

Our stay here was perfect. The house itself was beautiful and cozy and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Good coffee, food and shopping were all within walking distance and great hikes were only minutes away in the car. We're already planning our next visit.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a beautiful time in this lovely home and would absolutely stay here again. The layout was spacious and clean; the house/kitchen was very well stocked with high quality items, and the location was superb allowing us to walk to many restaurants and shops. The owners were so welcoming, kind and always very responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Whittier guesthouse

Lovely, well appointed property in a cute neighborhood. Hosts are very helpful- great if you need them, will give you privacy if you prefer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental.

Fantastic stay in Boulder!

Charming guesthouse, comfortable, great location, nice amenities. Walking distance to Pearl St. Mall and easy access to all that Boulder has to offer. A bit of agility needed to access the loft bedroom area, but we had no trouble. Paula was wonderful to work with—very responsive to my questions and clearly cares about providing a great experience for her guests. Highly recommended!

Mapleton Modern is an immaculate property with every detail thought out!

Paula is the ideal host. Every detail is planned out, down to the basket for hats and mittens under the coat hangers and K cups for the Kuerig. The linens, towels, mattresses and facilities are of the highest quality. It is a perfect, cozy and conveniently-located house!! We look forward to booking it again!

Very clean & Stocked with all the essentials

This is by far the cleanest property we have stayed in. They have thought of all the details and have the kitchen well stocked. The neighborhood is great! The stairs to the loft are tricky to navigate, so just be aware of that if you have small children or others in your group that may have trouble with stairs. It is a very nice, clean and well decorated place.

It felt like staying in a high-end hotel...super clean, very well appointed, and everything seemed like it was brand new. Close to downtown Boulder. I highly recommend it! The second bedroom is a loft with stairs that may be tricky for an older adult or a small child.

What a location!

We discovered that our accommodations were perfectly located. Shopping and restaurants were clustered around us. We could walk everyplace. We loved relaxing on our front porch. We had just enough indoor space (and no problems with the upstairs bedroom.) Since we stayed a full month, we would have liked cleaning support offered.

Great place to stay!

Overall my wife and I had a great experience at this location. It’s really close to downtown Boulder walking distance probably maybe a half mile. Parking on the street was great. The guest house may not be great for multiple families but for two adults and two kids it has ample space and a fun little loft for kids. Some of mentions the loft area is tough to get to you in a little bit dangerous for kids which is pretty true but I would imagine anybody above 8 would be fine with it. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a nicely appointed place with laundry!

This is a very special property. It’s been beautifully renovated and furnished and the owners have thought about all the details when stocking up on the things one might need. The location was great and just minutes to drive to Pearl Street and tons of shopping. We even walked to Pearl Street one day and it was a lovely walk. For our personal preferences, the beds could have been softer. And the water takes a few minutes to heat up. But otherwise this place is perfect and we would eagerly stay here again.

Impeccably maintained gem!

My 25-year old daughter and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely coach house. The owner was very accommodating and kind about a change in our stay dates that came up, which was deeply appreciated. The house itself is better and more thoughtfully stocked with little comforts than just about every other VRBO I’ve rented…and I’ve had some very positive experiences elsewhere, too, so that is saying a lot! Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and plenty of room to lounge in the living space. Plus washer dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with plenty of high quality towels. Everything was super clean and perfectly arranged. Kudos to the owners - they obviously take a lot of pride in what they are doing. We hope to return!
