Ideal location 15 minutes from DEAUVILLE and 10 minutes from HONFLEUR by car. The SEA is 5 minutes by car and if you like walking, there is a path that goes directly there.

In the house, you will find ALL THE COMFORT with:

- on the ground floor: An open kitchen with a beautiful dining room / a living room with TYPICAL FIREPLACE, COCOONING sofa with TV and office area / WC.

- on the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed / a bedroom with a double bed + cot) / a bathroom with bathtub and WC / a shower room with shower.

- on the 2nd floor: a continuous bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

You will be able to benefit from the PRIVATE GARDEN raised and hilly of 6000 m2 as well as from the TERRACE, just in front of the house, which includes a BARBECUE.

You will have a PRIVATE PARKING and a shelter.

Close to essential activities, both cultural and sporting, at sea and in the forest, your stay will allow you to discover the richness of a region of great beauty, dynamic and attractive.
