Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
NO smoking No weapons (even if licensed to carry firearms etc).
No excessive uncleanliness allowed—including but not limited to, staining, food waste, or conditions requiring deep cleaning—will result in an additional cleaning fee starting at $250.
NO hazardous or unsafe materials, including but not limited to biohazards, bodily fluids, drug-related items, etc. Note: a hazardous cleaning and disposal fee of no less than $350 will be assessed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove shoes/boots upon entry of the Condo Suite and place the inside the shoe tray located just inside the entry way closet.
Please place used towels and linens inside the hamper located in the Master Suite.
All guest agree that in the unlikely event of an issue arising, mediation by a registered neutral with the Office of Dispute Resolution, will be used.
