COZY, PRIVATE 2B1BA Cottage POOL HOT TUB GYM TENNIS COURT GAME ROOM, NEAR BEACH!

Selkie Village, Unit #166 cottage at Beach Dreams is very nicely decorated and it is in one of the BEST locations on the property! ***NEW IN 2026!!!*** CUSTOM QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS IN KITCHEN & BATH; LVF IN 3-SEASON AND BATH!!! UPDATED PHOTOS ON THE WAY as soon as my repeat MONTHLY guest leaves in September! Other recent updates include central air, new window, new oven, over-the-range microwave and fresh paint and decor in Second Bedroom! Hardwood floors throughout with a very private 3-season porch that abuts the woods. Large 55" flat screen TV in the living room, a TV in each bedroom and one in the 3-season porch all of which include cable with an added bonus of a DVR in Living Room and free Wi-Fi! The unit is air conditioned, but on those cooler nights, you can snuggle up to the warmth of the gas fireplace! While there are many great restaurants in the area, you could easily cook a great meal in the fully stocked kitchen or outdoors with the Weber gas grill on the private, brick patio. A nice way to relax after a long, sun-filled day at the beach. The 3-season porch and the lavish outdoor patio are great places to enjoy your morning coffee or end of the day adult beverages. Beach Dreams has many amenities on the property and is located about a mile from Moody Beach. The Trolley stops right in front of the property to take you to area beaches (including Footbridge Beach and Ogunqit's main beach), shopping and restaurants. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing, beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, and quaint shops. AND! If you are looking for a GREAT place to escape the Winter after enjoying the Summer season in Maine, PLEASE check out my other property on VRBO!!
