Casa Andorinha is a 211m2 typical Algarvian house surrounded by 1000m2 of lawned garden and fruit trees. Located in the village of Santa Rita, situated in an ecological reserve region about 1.8 km from the sea and Ria Formosa.
Ideal for those looking for the tranquility of the Algarve countryside, just a few minutes from the beach.
The house has 4 bedrooms, one en suite, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with cable TV. Outdoor area with swimming pool (treated with salt) shower and toilet, pergola with table and grill. It has air conditioning throughout the house.
The house has a maximum capacity of 10 people.
We accept pets, subject to prior authorization request. The house has basquetball, pong pong and beach tennis equipment and a playground for the little ones.

Wonderful stay at Casa Andorinha

Family holiday with our dog, great communication and very comfortable house with all amenities and close to supermarkets/restaurants/lovely Praia da Fábrica beach. Would defin recommend!

Soberbo!

Casa muito bonita tanto exterior como interiormente, fica perto do centro mas isolada de tudo, não existe nenhuma casa à volta. Embora fique junto à linha do comboio, são poucos comboios a passar e como a casa tem vidros duplos não se ouve nada. A piscina é gigante, a maior que já vi numa vivenda para uso privado. Para quem tem animais de estimação tem uma zona verde onde podem andar à vontade e no exterior da propriedade têm muito campo para explorar. É a casa ideal para descansar, divertir e estar com a família. Se tudo correr bem voltarei para o ano. Obrigado pela simpatia!

A casa tem áreas generosas nos quartos e todos os equipamentos necessários para uma boa estadia. A área exterior da piscina, jardim e açoteia são fantásticos. Deixo apenas algumas sugestões de melhoria: iluminação exterior e na cozinha são insuficientes.

Bom Gosto, Espaço, Conforto e Tranquilidade !

A casa onde estive hospedada com a minha família e amigos, superou todas as expectativas. A decoração, limpeza, espaço, e todo o equipamento disponível na cozinha e exterior garantem o conforto máximo, ao mais exigente dos hospedes. O espaço exterior é merecedor de um especial comentário, simplesmente perfeito, espaçoso, esteticamente muito bem desenhado. Convida a que se aproveite o espaço demoradamente, na leitura de um livro, a descansar, ou numa refeição longa com os amigos. Parabéns aos proprietários pelo bom gosto !! Por fim, o facto, para nós positivo de a casa não se encontrar perto de nenhuma outra, permite-nos desfrutar de tranquilidade e sossego, sem par !

Sssssspectacular!!!! MEJOR QUE EN MI CASA!!

Esta casa es fantástica!! Tiene todo lo que puedas desear y sonar: habitaciones amplias, una piscine enorme, un jardín muy bien cuidado, tranquilidad absoluta, y en general, a la casa no le falta ni un detalle. Se nota que está acondicionada para que cualquiera se sienta mejor que en su propia casa. Los propietarios son muy amables y en todo momento se ofrecieron a facilitarnos todo aquello que pudiéramos necesitar. Una Buena relación calidad / precio teniendo en cuenta toso lo dicho anteriormente. Repetiremos seguro!!

Férias fantásticas!

Estivemos uma semana, mas gostaríamos de ter estado bem mais! A casa era 5 estrelas, quartos grandes, sala espaçosa e confortável e cozinha totalmente equipada! O espaço exterior era muito bom, a piscina e um jardim enormes! A Ana e o marido foram sempre muito prestáveis e muito simpáticos! A casa fica numa zona muito sossegada, mas muito perto de Vila Nova de Cacela e de Tavira. Definitivamente a regressar! :) Obrigada Ana pelas férias fantásticas!

Privilégio praia campo e jardim

Passamos uma semana muito agradável e tranquila podendo desfrutar do campo (vimos lebres, coelhos, etc a beira de casa), das praias de manta rota, cabanas, praia verde etc todas muito perto. E quando nos apetecia ficar em casa podíamos desfrutar da enorme piscina e jardim. No próximo ano repetimos :) Família Melo.
