Good location

Location is great for the beach and 5th Ave.You can be out your door and on either in a couple minutes. Little longer hike to the ferry but not bad. Very basic condo with bare minimums so don't expect much including communication with host.

Property not as advertised in VRBO pictures, broken fixtures inside unit, second bed filthy, balcony dirty, broken bathroom door, broken cabinet doors in kitchen. Cleaner came once in 8 days.

Aldea Thai Week Getaway!

This property is beautiful! The property pool and service there are phenomenal. The view you get from there is amazing as well. The rooms are clean and exactly as they appear online. You can’t get a better stay for that price! It’s 2 blocks from 5th Avenue and about 20 minutes from the Ferry! The location is prime and in the middle of it all. My only issue is with the manager of who was suppose to help me, he was not available often and didn’t offer many suggestions. Please be able to navigate the city on your own and be willing to do so if you stay here.
