This home has been newly renovated adding a bunk room for additional sleeping, pool and outdoor space.

Brand new pool with over 500 sq. ft. of deck for sunbathing, drinking morning coffee or relaxing with a sunset cocktail.

The lake level features a sunken living room with stone fireplace, pull out sofa & 40" tv, dining room that seats 6, completely renovated, thoughtfully stocked kitchen with bar that seats 3, a full bath with tub, and laundry.

Upper level :
Bedroom 1 with king bed, closet & tv.
Bedroom 2 with queen bed, closet, tv & lake view.
Bedroom queen bed & bunk (full/ twin above), double closet & lake view.
Full Bath with Shower.
Bunk Room with 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, mini-fridge, tv, and full bath with shower.

The new pool & oversized deck are perfect for relaxing and watching boats race by.

Please note that the house is on a busy part of the main channel. There is a concrete pad for fishing but swimming is not recommended in the lake on busy weekends.

The house is a short walk to H. Toad, Shady Gators, and Lazy Gators and a courtesy shuttle is available.

This property is a wonderful place to stay. Pool is not huge but it does the job and it’s private. It was perfect for my 1 and 3 old granddaughters. Beautiful view of the lake. If you have problems with stairs, it can be a challenge. My husband has bad knees and it was hard for him since bedrooms were upstairs and everything else downstairs. Does have a full bath on main floor which was great. Two full baths on 2nd floor. I’d definitely would recommend though if your good with stairs!

Fun Weekend Stay

Can't beat the location of this property! There was plenty of parking room for 4 cars. There were two picnic tables on the back porch and plenty of seating inside for a group of 10. The kitchen is large and had most dishes you need for basic cooking. The charcoal grill worked great and they had a bags set in the laundry room we set up in the back. The beds are comfy but the pull out couch was not the best - recommend putting the mattress on the floor to avoid the metal bar in the back all night. The back sliding door does not close fully so a lot of bugs get in - there were a ton of dead ones in the window sills, fridge, etc. It's the lake so some bugs are expected but it didn't seem like they cleaned the dead ones out between renters. The main part of the listing showed 4 bathrooms but there are only 2 - the shower wasn't working in the downstairs bathroom but we made it work. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as they only leave a few which got us through about a day with our big group. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay and had a great time!
