With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home easily accommodates up to 14 guests with the perfect layout for families. Unwind in the spacious primary suite, where you’ll find a King bed, nightstands with beautiful lamps hanging above, a huge 60” flatscreen TV, and a dresser. The primary ensuite features a luxurious garden tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity with tons of storage.
In the second bedroom, there are two full beds and a 55” wall-mounted flatscreen, plus a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Overall nice condo

The condo was a great size and fairly nice. There were only a few issues. The toilet was broke and we had to call maintenance two days in a row before they ever came to fix it. Second the condo did not have as many pans/utensils as most condos we have stayed at. Overall though a nice condo and great location.

I stayed in Phoenix west unit 2002. I am borderline about my stay. I always loved the phoenix condos because it’s right on the beach… the condo itself was ok. It was sleepable. There were some little quirks during the stay. I asked for a cot prior to reservation and when I checked in they said that had an air mattress not a cot???? The faucet in the kitchen was loose. Had issues with the hot water. The water was off one morning but it was a plumbing issue. There was a sleeper sofa… there should be sheets in the room… I shouldn’t have to go to the desk…. There was a bug in one of the rooms… I don’t know who cleans these condos but they are not doing a good job. There was trash left in the master bath tub… had lost some ear pod’s under bed and maintenance had to move the bed and he noticed how dirty it was under the mattress… why was a spatula under the bed??? When you go on vacay some people may want to watch tv… internet not working. Unable to watch tv upon arrival. The guest had to call the service for internet ??? Why?? Please bring your own dishes if you plan on cooking. Just about every skillet my food stuck!!! Dishes need to be upgraded. On the balcony it was paper…plastic… idk… This is the first time ever I had to do a review such as this…. Again condo was ok. Good area.

There are spots in the ceiling and I believe a possible water leak from upstairs by the balcony. The elevators were hard to get/down during our stay. Linens were stain/dirty upon arrival

Beautiful condo, spacious, clean and quiet.

Close to restaurants and nightlife. Beautiful beach and pool area. Lazy river was so nice. Definitely recommend and will be first choice if we come back.
