About this property

House between sea and forest

My house, close to the sea, is located at the end of a dead end on the edge of the national forest of Longeville. It can ideally accommodate 6 people (2 bedrooms on the ground floor + 1 bedroom on the mezzanine). 1 convertible sofa is also available in the living room.

90m² house built in 2001 on a 900m² plot, located 8 min walk from the beach by the forest (3 min by bike) equipped with 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. It can accommodate 8 people.
Equipped with 2 terraces, depending on the amount of sunshine, both equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. A stone barbecue is available as well as a deported parasol.

Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, 4 electric hotplates, Fridge-freezer, Coffee machines (Nespresso + filter coffee maker), Kettle, Toaster, 1 table for 8 people.

Living room: 1 new convertible leather sofa, 3 armchairs, 1 flat screen TV with TNT channels, 1 DVD player, 1 Playstation 2 console, 1 stereo.

Baby equipment (on request because I have to take them): Cot and mattress, high chair, bath and changing mat.

Basement: Ping-Pong table + washing machine + additional freezer.

Bedroom 1: A double bed 140, 1 chest of drawers and 1 closet.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds of 80 (can be twinned), 1 chest of drawers and 1 closet.
(an 80 child bed can be added to sleep 3 children in the same room)
Bedroom 3 in mezzanine: 1 double bed of 140, 1 chest of drawers, 1 wardrobe.


I leave you with table tennis rackets + balls, possibility to book the municipal tennis courts located 3 minutes by bike, 2 pétanque triplets, 2 old bikes (possibility to rent bikes 300 meters from the house ).


Access for travelers: The whole house (only part of the basement will not be accessible).


Exchanges with travelers: I will be present to welcome you on the day of your arrival as well as on the day of your departure.


Transport: Possibility to park 3 vehicles on the ground + many possibilities outside the house (on the dead end).

Nettes Haus am Waldrand

Positiv: Der Preis ist top für die Größe des Hauses. Die Vermieterin war vor Ort, sehr nette und unklompizierte Übergabe, schöne Waldrandlage mit Blick auf die vielen Bäume, 2 Terrassen (dadurch auch immer Schatten möglich), Super großer Kellerraum für Fahrräder etc., Negativ: Kein WLAN (auch das Internet funktionierte nicht in allen Ecken), TV nur mit franz. Sendern, Küchenzeile relativ klein, Equipment verkratzt und nur wenige tauglich, Staubsaugerbeutel/Filter komplett voll, Doppelbett zu klein und zu tief (haben die Einzelbetten zus.geschoben), Animateur und Schwimmbadlärm vom Ferienpark gegenüber täglich zu hören (wen das stört).

Maison très agréable à vivre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Terrain arboré, terrasse sympa pour les barbecues. Proche de la mer. Le seul bémol, les animations du terrain de camping tout proche...il faudrait retirer le micro des animateurs ou couper la sono... :) à part ça rien à redire.

Maison très fonctionnelle où on ne se marche pas dessus, à quelques pas de la plage, via un chemin forestier, au bout d'une impasse, idéal pour donner de la liberté aux enfants. Le seul bémol est le bruit du camping tout proche, mais qui est quand même généralement limité.

Tolles Haus mit schöner Terasse

Wir haben den Aufentahlt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt direkt am Wald, durch den man einen sehr schönen Spaziergang zum Meer machen kann.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille, la maison correspond en tout point à la description de l'annonce avec un confort général très appréciable, de belles surfaces à vivre et un équipement plus que complet. Nous avons aussi apprécié la situation géographique à 10mn de la plage des Bouil par la forêt et à 20 mn du centre bourg de Longeville sur Mer et la tranquillité environnante malgré le camping situé à quelques mètres derrière la maison. Madame Avide - la propriétaire - a toujours su rester joignable et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons ce logement pour l'ensemble des prestations, le tarif contenu de la location et le bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Maison très agréable entre mer et forêt à vélo

Maison très agréable très bien équipée, il ne manque rien, même cafetière N espresso et table ping- pong , la literie est bonne . La plage du Bouil à 5 min en vélo , le club de voile bien côté pour enfants et adultes . Promenades à vélo dans la forêt. A recommander pour famille 6 personnes aimant le calme, une terrasse un peu bruyante par la présence du camping en contre bas , mais il existe une autre terrasse très bien, pas de problème de voisinage ( bout d'une impasse).

Tolles Ferienhaus

Alles war prima und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden von Madame Avide sehr freundlich empfangen.Die Lage, das Haus und die Ausstattung waren sehr gut und großzügig. Küchenausstattung war reichlich und gut vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns die Terasse mit dem Sitzplatz, dem großen Garten und der Grillmöglichkeit gefallen. Die Geräuschkulisse aus dem Freizeitbad hinter dem Haus war zu hören, hat uns aber in keiner Weise gestört. Der Weg zum wunderschöne Sandstrand war auch gut zu Fuß zu schaffen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, freundliche Gastgeberin

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse in einem kleinen gemütlichen Dorf inmitten des atlantischen Kiefernwaldes. In wenigen Minuten ist man am endlos langen Sandstrand. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und gerade für Kinder sind viele Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden ( Tischtennis, Tennisschläger, PS2 und Brettspiele). Wir waren 5 Tage da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: auf der hinteren Terasse ist es relativ laut, weil in unmittelbarer Nähe der Pool eines großen Campingplatzes ist. Gerne wieder, vor allem in der Nebensaison.
