Studio waterfront with a real bed 160 and Wifi

A comfortable studio and very well located

Renovated recently, the studio 'le Petit Bleu' is located on the 2nd and last floor of a residence of regional style, quiet and wooded.
This is beachfront, with direct access to the beach lifeguard. The path leads 30m which is very nice as it passes in a pine forest and does not cross any road.
The 25m² studio is bright. The loggia offers a soothing sensation with its view of a green pine forest, calm and no vis-à-vis.

We built the studio to make it pleasant to live day and night.
The Murphy bed allows both:
- Daytime: to enjoy all the space, with the upright bed, not visible through a curtain.
- The night to enjoy the comfort of a real large good quality bed (160x200 cm, high density mattress - 40kg / m3 - and 19 cm thick)
The system is simple and effortless.
The sheets can be provided at extra cost.

The studio equipment is complete: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, TV wall bracket.
Wifi is included.


A pleasant and convenient environment

Traffic is reduced to this part of the Sea of ​​boulevard because it leads to a dead end (access to camping Roussillonnais).
On the other side of the street, 30 meters away at the corner of the alley squirrels a group of small businesses (restaurants, bars, supermarket, butcher, deli, bakery, pizzeria, laundry, newsagent .. .) in a seaside atmosphere.

Many parking spaces allow easy and free parking close to the residence.
Once the car parked, everything can be done on foot or by public transport. The little train of Argelès is a network which serves the entire town. The bus for 1 euro provide access to stations and villages.

Draps pas adaptés au matelas pas assez de couverts cabine de douche trop étroite pas de place pour suspendre les vêtements, pas de cintre table à repasser branlante. Dommage car résidence agréable

Très bon séjour

Voilà un studio très bien placé, à l'agencement fonctionnel. L' espace balcon est agréable avec sa vue sur les pins. L' accès à la plage est très rapide.

un peu petit et malheureusement bruyant du fait de la présence d'une boite de nuit à proximité. sinon bien situé dans les pins et a 50 m d'une belle plage.

Das Studio ist sauber, ordentlich, allerdings etwas sparsam ausgestattet. Nadia, die zuständige Kontaktperson, ist sehr freundlich und und hilfsbereit. Das Studio ist wirklich sehr, sehr eng, selbst für zwei Personen. Besonders in der Küche ist der Raum zwischen Theke und Küchenzeile extrem schmal. WiFi und Fernseher (nur französische Programme, an der Decke angebracht), Wasch- und Spülmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein ausführliches Booklet biete alle nötigen Informationen rund um Argelès. Das Studio ist es toll gelegen: direkt am Sandstrand, die Boulangerie und Restaurants um die Ecke, Parkplätze vor dem Haus, alle lohnenden Ausflugsziele liegen in der Nähe. Preis-Leistung im Frühjahr in Ordnung.

Bel endroit mais des défauts

Studio conforme aux photos et très bien situé. Mauvaise arrivée : le rdv était fixé à 16h et nous avons attendu 2h avant d'avoir les clés; le propriétaire n'à pas jugé utile de s'en excuser. Des défauts : pas de penderie pour les vêtements , seulement 2 cintres accrochés derrière la porte ; la tv est placée trop haut (mal au cou); l'espace entre le lit et le mur est trop large et laisse tomber les coussins; il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux; espace WC trop étroit; batterie de cuisine succinte;le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bains est un robinet de bidet à l'extrémité orientable et le jet d'eau sort du lavabo; l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist direkt am Strand. Leider etwas klein mit Klappbett. Aber für ein Paar perfekt. Die Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ist echt gut ausgestattet. Eltern des Besitzers sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!! Wohnen ganz in der Nähe.

Studio mignon, joliment décoré, propre, très fonctionnel et situé à deux pas de la mer.

Joli studio, propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel et situé tout près de la mer et des commerces de proximité. L' accueil de la correspondante est très chaleureux. L' espace réservé aux toilettes est certes étroit mais la salle d'eau est agréable, la cabine de douche est confortable et dispose de jets hydromassants. Le lit est grand et le matelas est de qualité. La terrasse est coquette et bien aménagée. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et très aimable. Nous n'avons pas subi de nuisances sonores sur la période de septembre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette location pour un couple en quête d'un séjour paisible en bord de mer.

Studio parfait, trop de bruit nocturne

Le studio correspond totalement à la description. Il est très bien équippé, décoré avec goût et très propre, le matelas excellent, la terrasse très agrèable. Olivier est un hôte très sympathique et serviable. La cuvette WC ne convient pas forcément à des personnes corpulentes (60 cm entre le mur et la paroi de douche). Et malheureusement, le bruit nocturne dû à l'animation musicale des restos proches, aux discothèques plus éloignées et aux jeunes rentrant à l'aube pendant toute la semaine était très pénible, même avec toutes les fenêtres fermées. Nous y étions la troisième semain d'août et supposons que c'est très calme en dehors de l'époque de vacances, car il n'y a aucun traffic.

Appartement très agréable, fidèle aux photos. Très belle environnement, avec les pins ainsi que le bruit des vagues d'un côté, et des montagnes enneigées de l'autre. Merci pour la disponibilitée du propriétaire qui nous a fait parvenir une liste d'endroit à visiter, même en hors saison ce qui nous a permis de profier de paysage magnifique.

Studio agréable en bord de mer

Nous avons loué le studio "le Petit Bleu" du 20 au 27 août, celui ci est très agréable et fonctionnel. Nous avons été très bien reçu par la correspondante des propriétaires, Cathy. Le balcon permet de manger en entendant le bruit des vagues et en profitant du soleil. La résidence est également calme, seule hique l'agitation nocturne ... Certains soirs nous avons été embêtés par la sortie de la boîte de nuit situé en face de la résidence (toutefois nous n'entendons aucun bruit de musique). Studio très bien situé puisqu'en bord de mer, avec snacks et commerces juste en face de la résidence. Possibilité de se rendre à pieds au port, marchés et rue commerçante tout en longeant la mer. Collioure à 10 minutes de la résidence en voiture, 5 minutes de Saint-Cyprien où se trouve AQUALAND. Il est impossible de s'ennuyer à Argeles sur Mer, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire ou à acheter. Enfin, tres grand choix de restaurants, bars à cocktails, glaciers, smoothies etc..

Détente et calme!

Nous avons passé une semaine du 23/07 au 30/07 dans ce superbe studio parfait pour un couple. Studio très agréable, propre et parfaitement situé en bord de mer et de toutes commodités. Accueil sympathique et jovial, un propriétaire joignable facilement et rapidement ( et très sympa lui aussi ). Aucuns problème pour se garer. Nous conseillons ce bien surtout pour sa proximité avec la mer et si vous voulez passer une semaine au calme et vous la coulez douce. RDV l'année prochaine ;-)
