Centrally located with main attractions in every direction, guests will find easy access to two main city highways. The Oklahoma City Streetcar is now up and running as well. Bedroom #1 (Queen Bed):
With two bedrooms, the queen size bed includes a memory foam mattress to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.

Office & Bedroom #2 (Full Bed) :
We have also provided an office space within this open floor-plan bedroom for those of you traveling on business. The sofa turns into a full size Urban Outfitters bed with memory foam mattress topper provided.

Air Mattress Queen:
A queen size air mattress is also available and will be set up with bedding before your arrival if needed.

Kitchen:
Newly renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, gas stove, and a stackable washer/dryer. It comes fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware for meal prepping.

Necessities:
All the overnight necessities are provided such as bath amenities (body wash, hair soaps & hairdryer), breakfast to-go, filtered water and a fun selection of coffees and teas. The HD Smart TV will top off the night with all basic TV apps accessible such as Netflix, Amazon Prime & Roku. Relax! We’ve got it covered!

ESSENTIALS:
Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your visit, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergents and other essentials. However, these may not be enough for those booking an extended stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.


*EXTRA GUESTS / FEES
ONLY those guests included in the VRBO booking are permitted to enter the property. NOTIFY host if you need to add additional guests and/or visitors. We keep our cleaning fee low $40 for two guest travelers. There are extra guest fees exceeding two guests. FEES with VRBO are a bit different than hotel fees as they are based on guests using the property even if they do not stay the night. Please discuss your VRBO need with your host before booking if you have questions about this.

Settings are blocked for accepting children due to the lake. We love kids but do not have the insurance backing. Thank you!

*ANIMALS/PETS:
We cannot accept animals including assistance animals due to serious health and safety concerns for both us and your pet. We love animals but want to keep yours safe as well as our family. With this shared space, as it our personal home, we have serious safety concerns as well as serious health and allergy issues for my family who cleans this space ourselves - VRBO has approved this. Thank you for your understanding!

We love our neighbors! In fact, my husband grew up on this street. We have a 30 year history with our neighbors and expect to host guests who will be respectful of our property and neighborhood as well.
