detached chalet at the end of a driveway, next to a field with an unobstructed view of the horizon and enjoying an exceptionally sunny exposure. Small terrace with garden furniture installed in front to enjoy the scenery.

The interior of this haven of peace has the best feel for it "at home" with all the necessary comfort to relax and spend quality time with family, couple, friends in peace.

It is an ideal place to stay kind and installation of multiple activities because it is close:
 the equestrian center, hiking trails, bike paths (lifts ATV), the summer toboggan run, the Saint-Point Lake (Malbuisson) and many other places to swim in the rivers and nearby lakes, fishing for pike or fly from tree climbing, paragliding and baths of Yverdon for relaxation.

Franche Comté, around Métabief, there are many sights to visit: fruit (County, Morbier), Joux Castle, the menagerie of the Citadel of Besançon, the Saut du Doubs, the source of the Loue, the waterfalls of the hedgehog, Lake Vouglan, Chalain among others.

Pretty little cottage near the mountains

Lovely little cottage in a peaceful location in Métabief area. Host was very communicative leading up to our arrival and made us feel welcome. Cleaning was arranged prior to arrival and they kindly gave us access to everything at the property. Great base for visiting Jura region and lakes north of Lake Geneva. Lake Neuchâtel is about an hour away and we visited Chamonix which was about 2 1/2 hours away.

Séjour dans un chalet de Métabief

Passés les premiers tâtonnements liés à la complexité de l'ensemble où se situe le chalet, l'expérience a été plutôt positive, facilitée en cela par une météo globalement favorable, et bien que les installations (du site mais aussi du chalet)semblent plutôt adaptées à un séjour hivernal. Ceci dit, les contacts avec Mme Lorenzo ont été excellents et nous garderons un très bon souvenir des découvertes que nous avons pu faire dans la région (Lac de St Point, Mouthe, cave d'affinage de St Antoine, etc.). Sans oublier, depuis le chalet idéalement situé de ce point de vue, le spectacle quotidien et ô combien apaisant des vaches menées à leur pâture...

WE dans le Jura

Trois jours passés dans le Jura pour faire de la descente. Metabief est une belle petite station pour pratiquer cette activité. Logement occupé est bien équipé et agréable

Très beau chalet avec une vue dégagée sur une campagne magnifique. Trop tard dans la saison pour profité des joies de la neige mais une station répondant aux attentes des familles. Luges sur rails, Metabief Aventure, cinema, randonnées..... Un très beau chalet confortable dans une belle station . Un grand merci à mme Lorenzo .
