Very nice villa overlooking the entire bay of Diano Marina and Diano Castello, Diano Arentino villages, facing south, pool, barbecue, bar and "gazebo" area with large table. Outdoor lounge for relaxation, aperitifs and nap under the sun umbrella. On the ground floor large living room, dining room, kitchen with views of the pool and the sea and large bathroom / laundry. Upstairs: 3 rooms, 1 with king sixteen bed an other one with separable king size beds, both with breathtaking view of the bay, 1 children room with one bunk bed and one single bed, a Dressing / TV room area and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Fourth bedroom with king size bed and bath room, has an independent access and is located on "Torretta" with 360 ° view over bay and hills. Villa Ardesia is located on a large property of 1. 3ha land with 124 olive plants, not completely closed therefore dogs, cats, donkeys, magpies, seagulls, moles, could pass visit you. Private access and parking place for 4 cars. Ideal for 8 max 9 guests. Wifi on the entire property.

Amazing villa, everything you need. The walk to the city and back is tough, but upon reaching the villa, and after taking a dive in the amazing pool, everything is forgiven. 10/10 would recommend this location an villa. Contact with Marc and everybody is super smooth. Thanks Marc and team :)

Amazing facility! We spent 14 days here and enjoyed the location and the facility. Plenty of room for 8 people and the view is truly stunning!Practial kitchen and the pool was great! The whole facility was very well kept and plenty of dining facilities both inside and outside.The last part of the road might feel a bit scary the first time, but we had no problem driving up and down every day with a 9 seater Mercedes minibus. The elevation difference is approximately 100 meters and makes a great workout session in the morning to walk down and back up again.

Neglected, dangerous, old. But nice view outside

Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town or even leave the home whatsoever. View is beautiful and outdoor space is nicely maintained but the inside was like a 2 or 3 star hotel. We even had to bring our own pool towels! Save your vacation by choosing another property..

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool, Ausblick und Charme

Wir hatten mit 6 Personen eine wunderbare Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in Ligurien. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet, der Pool herrlich erfrischend und die Aussicht einfach atemberaubend. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Outdoorküche mit Grill und den vielen liebevoll angelegten Sitzplätzen, die zum Verweilen einladen.Der Weg zum Haus ist anfangs etwas abenteuerlich, aber schon am zweiten Tag hatten wir den Dreh raus – und die Lage ist es definitiv wert! Diano Castello ist ein charmantes, kleines Städtchen, das wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Tipp unseres Gastgebers für das Restaurant Marabotto: köstliches Essen inmitten der selbstgemalten Bilder des Inhabers – ein echtes Erlebnis!Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Séjour parfait

Maison magnifique comme décrit dans l’annonce , très bien si vous aimez le calme et vous détendre avec une vue magnifique.le propriétaire (Marc) est très sympathique et nous a donné différentes adresses de resto,de lieux. C’est vrai que les derniers 300m montent mais on a un viano 8 places bien remplis et tout c’est bien passé, vraiment à recommander

Drømmeudsigt men isoleret (stejl) beliggenhed.

Stedet er meget isoleret, man kunne kun køre, der er ikke mulighed for at gå eller løbe en tur. Udsigten er smuk og poolområdet fungerer godt Huset er noget slidt indvendigt, og sengene er ikke gode. Der er ikke aircondition i hele huset, men kun meget larmende maskiner man kan sætte igang i værelserne. Værten er flink og prøver at løse udfordringerne med el, sanitet mv. Vi havde forventet højere standard til prisen, og det blev derfor ikke helt den ferie vi havde drømt om.

Prachtig uitzicht hoog op de berg

Het is een steile berg (auto klim) maar dan zit je wel op een unieke plek. Niemand die de kinderen uitbundig hoort. Super lieve woning-eigenaar. Prachtig huis, 10 min van zee. Simpel maar heerlijk zwembad.

Ein wunderbares Haus um Ferien mit der Familie und Freunden zu verbringen. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Bei einem Haus ist die Lage entscheidend. In diesem Fall ist sie einfach nur Top. Wir fanden Haus und Garten in sehr gepflegtem, sauberen Zustand vor. Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Alessandra ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Prachtig uitzicht op heerlijke rustige plek!

Heerlijk genoten in de prachtige omgeving en uitzicht, zwembad is super! Alles is in huis aanwezig! Kleine minpuntjes zijn dat Huis wel wat gedateerd is qua badkamer en keuken. De mobiele airco (alleen aanwezig in de slaapkamers) is niet optimaal om bij te slapen. De gastvrouw doet er alles aan om je het naar zin te maken! Geweldig allesandra!

Notte stellata sulla collina vista mare

Bella casa accogliente per una confortevole e pratica vacanza in due famiglie. Giorno e sera siamo rimasti solo all’aperto: zona piscina, giardino e barbecue. Dato il tempo un po’ afoso c’erano troppe zanzare. Proprietaria era molto disponibile per eventuali richieste.

Un séjour reposant dans une belle maison italienne au nord de la Ligurie. Une vue superbe !

Belle et grande maison de famille. Un jardin entretenu, une grande piscine surplombant le golf de San Bartolomeo, un coin cuisine barbecue bien agréable face à la pergola à l'ombre des pins. Du calme à l'écart du grouillis des plages. De bonnes adresses et soirées préconisées par la propriétaire Alexandra. Des concerts sympas soit classiques soit jazz dans les bourgs médiévaux aux environs. Des antiquaires à visiter sur Imperia ou Savona. Des villages splendides non loin de la maison : Cervo, Diano Castello, Bussano Vecchia… Vintimille, Monaco, Menton, Eze et Nice pas très loin. Le centre ville de la vieille ville de Gênes à voir. Pour les Cinque Terre, choisir le train direct de Diano. Un excellent séjour pour profiter de cette côte des fleurs de l'Italie du Nord.

Wonderful stay overlooking the Mediterranean

We were a group of four adults and six kids and had a wonderful stay at the Diano Castello villa. The pool area is perfect, giving a great view over the Mediterranean and the pool is large and clean. Every bedroom has air conditioning which is very convenient. Alessandra is a wonderful host and very responsive and easy to communicate with. The villa is set high in the hills with a pretty steep drive but we quickly got used to driving up there. We would definitely stay there again.

Une belle maison de caractère, un emplacement à l'écart de l'agitation du bord de mer, une vue magnifique : toutes les raisons de passer de bonnes vacances. Ça a été le cas pour notre famille avec 3 enfants. Alessandra, la propriétaire, est de bon conseil, toujours à l'écoute et disponible. La situation de la villa permet de profiter de la région Ligure, de Vintimille à Gènes, très facilement. Merci pour tout. A bientôt Alessandra !

Fantastic!

We enjoyed every minute in Alexandra's villa. What a magnificent view! The swimming pool, the dinner table outside and the lounge corner were our favourite places to celebrate our holiday. The view at sea and the surrounding hills and nearby villages, is astonishing. During the day as well as at night it was very quiet and peaceful, yet it only took us 5 minutes by car to drive down the hill into Diano Marina. Liguria surprised us and in between Genova and Nice there is much to discover. Alexandra welcomed us personally and was easy to reach for questions during our stay. It is a steep drive up and down the hill, but we Dutch managed even though we are not used to hills at all in our flat country. We would recommend this villa to anyone.
