Lovely oceanfront 2nd floor unit totally upgraded and showing beautifully. MIni-split A/C units were recently added to both bedrooms, along with the stand alone A/C unit in the living room. Lanai seats four for outside dining with fab views of Kona Bay and those unforgettable Kona Sunsets. Very popular vacation complex with Oceanfront Pool and Hot Tub, BBQ and Picnic grounds. Watch the dolphins frolic and whales in season from the privacy of your Lanai. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Kona, Shopping, and Fine Dining Restaurants. NOTE: All mattresses in unit were recently replaced with new. 2/12/25.
Sea Village is a non-smoking project. Smoking is not allowed inside the units as well as anywhere within the project.

Great location. View was amazing with tropical fish below and a broad view of Kona. Spacious two bedroom with pull out couch. Would happily stay again.

Arrival was easy. It was close to downtown Kona but not walking distance. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! Response to questions or issues was super quick! The view from the deck was amazing and the unit was quiet. The beds we’re comfortable and the closets had beach items available for use. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Kona!

We saw dolphins, colorful fish, surfers (we had some big waves during our stay), swimmers, boats and even a cruise ship. Throw in your binoculars, we used ours everyday we were there. Also, the bedroom air conditioners kept us nice and cool at night.

Easy to find location on Alii Dr, quick walk to downtown. Great salt water pool and view, Condo had more then enough supplies, there was nothing we needed. Several beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was available.

What a view!

Location was great, a short drive to downtown Kona. Property and condo were clean and just as described. Coffee on the lanai every morning was something to look forward to, beautiful view! This was our second time staying at Sea Villlage and we’ll be back! The only con, the condo was warm and the AC unit could not keep up.

Loved our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The view was amazing. Waking up and sitting on the lanai with a cup of coffee and the ocean right there was breathtaking. The grounds were beautiful with community BBQ’s to cook on was very nice. We had dinner outside 2 nights. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Responses were very quick.

Unfortunately there had been no cleaning to the unit when we first arrived. We notified manager and waited on the deck until unit cleaned. The house cleaners were very nice and super efficient. The view was spectacular so the wait definitely did not discourage us. Great place, great beds, great view. Can’t ask for more.

Nice but a/c was a joke

This property should not be listed as air conditioned. The portable unit did absolutely nothing! i saw other reviews saying a/c was bad, but expected the best. It was miserable sleeping. Recommend vertical blinds to help keep out setting sun heat. Washing machine leaked - needs bew seal. Location was great. Pool area was great. Grill/picnic area was great.

Tiresome doing dishes by hand. King mattress way too soft for comfort. Pool & hot tub both closed for cleaning 5 days.

-I would have realized that air conditioner did not affect bedrooms. In May is was hot and uncomfortable sleeping-even with fans. -Neighbors above weren't so noisy and heavily footed with small child running around. -Neighbor did not smoke pot in the morning while I was doing yoga -Bedrooms weren't at front of condo facing common area and walkway that was also very noisy. Condo was what you paid for...mid-range. Had roach when we came in and finishes were also. Bed and pillows were awful-towels and amenities were great. View was amazing but no great beaches nearby-had to drive 30 minutes. Overall we much prefer Maui or Kauai for the effort and cost.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, baking ware, coffee pot, toaster etc. The two bedrooms are good size. The condo has a lot of beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, towel and beach toys for children. The unit is in close proximity to the pool. The pool is lovely and very welcoming temperature wise. The unit also has lots of games and books for entertainment. Also, a tv in living room and one bedroom. The condo can get quite warm for sleeping. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room but in my opinion, it serves no purpose. There is no elevator. There is plenty of parking. We plan on returning to this unit next January. The host of the unit is very responsive to any questions or issues.

Great location, awesome view and very clean

We stayed in this condo for 9 nights the first week of April 2023. When we arrived, something was beeping behind the stove. We contacted the phone number in the renter’s manual. Someone showed up shortly to fix it. No issue afterwards. The condo is ocean front with fantastic view. We could see cruise ships coming and going. We also saw rainbows and fantastic sunsets right from the lanai and living room area. It is a short drive to town. It is walkable but a little dangerous as there is no sidewalk. The condo is very clean. It has everything we needed: cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, towels, laundry detergent, beach chairs, body boards, snorkel and fins…etc. It was great to have washer and dryer in the unit. The complex itself is also well maintained. The grilling stations were very popular. Every early morning we would see two staff members scrubbing the grills to keep them clean and ready for use. The AC unit in the living room area is not very powerful. The two bedrooms have ceiling fan so we were still able to sleep comfortably at night. The sea breeze was pleasant when we were in the until and could leave the sliding door open. This was our first time renting a condo. Our kids enjoyed the space this condo was able to offer. One slept in the bedroom and one slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Big island has become our favorite Hawaiian island after this visit. We would rent this condo again if we go back.

Condo had everything we needed, and the hosts were easy to get a hold of, and were great with communication. Only thing I would recommend is an upgrade to the air conditioning in the unit. The back bedrooms were quite warm throughout the day and night.
