Commenting on the price is difficult as it certainly seemed aligned but we were also comparing it with Hotels and properties of different types, apples to oranges type thing, but I am sure it was competitively priced overall.House well appointed and comfortable for the purposes/needs of our stay, some nice updates. Host communication, responsiveness and flexibility was excellent.

Loved this place. Clean, has everything you can think of and more. Plenty of parking, quick drive to everything. Check in and out were a breeze. Jim was very responsive to questions. This was our first stay, and I hope it is available on our next trip to Oxford.

If you are in search of the perfect pet friendly short term rental in Oxford, then this is the house that is perfect for your visit to Oxford. Five years ago we noticed the demand for pet friendly short term rental properties was in short supply. So we purchased this house in one of the most pet friendly neighborhood because most of the houses are rented to Ole Miss students with dogs. The neighborhood also has several pet loving professionals of Oxford including students, university staff, air medic, local sheriff and police officers. The house is pretty much bullet proof to pet damage as far as flooring. And lots of room for dogs to use the front or back yard.

No pet deposits or extra fees, makes booking less stressful and simple.
