Good place to hang your hat

Nice and quiet. Plenty of room. Great pool area. Owner is always close by as he runs a restaurant just across the street. You have to try his restaurant. Great food very reasonable prices. He is always quick to deal with any problems and always a smile 😃 on his face. Happy we found the place as it was last minute booking. Our first place fell through. So he saved our visit to France. Only negative was the couches in the living room. Most uncomfortable couches to sit on. Thanks for everything you did you for my wife and I.

Ground floor flat, Pomas

My family and I had a lovely week staying at Pomas, the setting of the accommodation was perfect - beautiful gardens with a swings and a trampoline and of course the brilliant and spotlessly clean pool and hot tub, the pictures don't really do it justice, my 13 year old daughter would never have left the site given half a chance. We did, however, dry her off for long enough to visit some charming local places; Carcassonne of course is only 15 mins away, Limoux is handy for supermarket, Saint Hilaire's beautiful abbey is 5 mins away and we caught the tail end of the festivities at Fanjeaux. The accommodation itself is of a good standard and was more than enough for the 3 of us. Access to the main double bedroom was through the smaller double, but this didn't really affect us. The beds were very comfortable and sleeping accommodation remained cool in spite of great heat of the day. In the kitchen the oven was great, fridge ample and dishwasher a welcome luxury. Clothes washing facilities also available. The owner also has the cafe / shop over the road and was very accommodating and friendly. We like to move around and try different areas for holidays every year but really loved the Aude region and when we return there would be no hesitation about booking this property again. One piece of advice would be to use insect repellent, we found they were particularly active in the evening.

gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Wir hatten zu fünft die Wohnung im EG. Platz war genügend da, ob auf der Terasse oder am Pool, wir haben es nach den Aktivitäten am Tag sehr genossen, abends in aller Ruhe den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Carcassonne, Limoux, Kanu fahren auf der Aude, ... alles in weniger als 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

lieu agréable, calme et spacieux

L'appartement est très bien situé : au calme, face à un terrain ombragé et tout près de Limoux et Carcassone. Nous avons passé des vacances reposantes. Dommage que le temps assez instable ne nous a pas permis de profiter plus de la piscine et du jacuzzi. (à noter que le jacuzzi n'est pas suffisamment chaud et l'eau mériterait d'être changée plus souvent). Mis à part ça le propriétaire est très gentil et discret. Il a pensé à tout : bouteille à l'arrivée, barbecue, vélos, boules de pétanque à disposition. Juste une petite remarque sur la vaisselle mise à disposition : un peu juste en couverts notamment Bref, un lieu à conseiller.

site très agréable, bien situé pour rayonner dans la région appartement confortable, manque peut être un peu d'ustencils de cuisine un plus la piscine et le jacuzi bon acueil et confiance merci
