With breathtaking water views, guests are just steps away from top-quality restaurants such as Sebastian’s, just 500 meters away, and close to beautiful beaches like Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach, both within 2 kilometers.

This welcoming apartment features two bedrooms, with a king-size bed and a comfortable queen-size bed, and two bathrooms. The open kitchen, equipped with a kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. A dive center with a long-standing reputation is established at the Caribbean Court resort. Due to its location by the water, this company can easily provide boat dives for our guests. There are, of course, rinse tanks and storage facilities for diving equipment available. Just outside the resort is VIP Diving, one of Sunwise’s diving partners. Here, we have negotiated a nice discount for our guests on various courses and rental of equipment!

Perfect for two couples

The accommodations were clean and as advertised. Quiet atmosphere, swim pool clean, dive shops and grocery shopping close by for eating in. Plenty of parking for rental. Town is close for walking.

Great location and very nice property

The condo is very convenient to groceries, dive shops, airport, etc. The sleeping areas and bathrooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Well equipped in all regards but could use some more kitchen equipment like sharp chopping knives, dish drain tray, etc.

The associate Luke was very helpful. The problems that we had with the place that we rented was the blinds on the back door are broken, and look awful upon entering. There was no broom so that we could sweep up sand behind us. The sheets did not fit the bed which was really uncomfortable and there could’ve been some extra blankets for the bed.The stove ceased to work when we were there and they had to bring in an air fryer oven. The refrigerator barely cooled at best. There were no instructions on how to operate the convection oven and turning on ceiling lights. Also the lights in the parking area right in front of our apartment did not work, which I feel is a safety issue.The cleaning crew and Luke were very good and the place was clean when we arrived even if it did require some attention. I would hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone until these issues are fixed. This apartment really does need some tender, loving care.
