Large detached house 190 m2 completely renovated between January and June 2016 in a contemporary minimalist style, large 40 m2 terrace facing south west. outdoor table 10 to 12 people and garden chairs, barbecue, outdoor hot shower for returns from the beach! In GROUND FLOOR: Family room 60 m2 (Big equipped central island kitchen, ceramic hob, sink, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher halfway, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, grid- ... bread, corner bar with six stools, lounge sofas 2 4 and 5 seats, large dining room table 2m80 x 1m, 12 chairs). Very clear, many windows.
1 laundry 8 m2 with 300l hot water tank, washing machine and dryer, storage space (cupboards and wardrobe). Garage (10 m2 available to tenants). Also on the ground floor: 1 large entrance, 1 toilet, 1 suite 15m2 overlooking the garden with bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 (220 * 240 duvet), wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit, hairdryer.
UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms about 13 m2 with 2 beds in each bedroom (beds 90 * 190, 140 * 200 quilt), 4 tables and lamps for each bed 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin). One second master suite 15 m2 with double bed 160 * 200 (220 * 240 duvet), wardrobe, bathroom with bath and washbasin. 1 toilet. Finally, 1 game room about 23 m2 with 4 ottomans, flat screen TV, foosball, 3 removable mattress according to needs (190 * 90, 140 * 200 quilt). Windows, dog sitting or skylight in every room.

500m2, quiet, shops and downtown 5 minutes walk (approximately 500 m), beach 300m, close access to water and land activities.

Stinks and Beds are awful

There was a constant odour from the bathrooms, which you could not reproduce even if you tried to do a years worth of defecating without flushing the toilet. Also, forget about having a pain-free back after sleeping on the beds. I think I will need to visit a spinal surgeon to get it checked out. The mattresses, duvets, pillows and bed sheets are worth the packaging they were likely bought in. To add insult to injury you have to pay extra for the bed sheets. Lastly, when I put my concerns to the owner, his last comment was "I suggest next time you maybe choose a nice hotel". I thought he was an ok guy until then but to be fair there is no chance I would go for this property again and will take his advice. Even staying at the worst hotel in France next to a sewage plant with a tree for a bed would be better than his place.

Belle maison, situation dans Wissant parfaite. Prestation très irrégulière, rapport qualité/prix/hygiène: à revoir: Entrée: aucun porte manteau pour accrocher les vêtements d'extérieur. Cuisine: vaisselle (qualité et quantité) parfaite. Lave vaisselle OK. Cuisine sale (traces de doigts sur tous les meubles blancs, poignées de meubles grasses, miettes et restes d'aliments dans les prises de courant sur l'îlot central). Hotte très dangereuse (trop basse) chaque membre de la famille est reparti avec qq bosses. Pièce à vivre: vieux canapés très sales, tapis très sale, bougies inutilisables (pas de mèche). Chambres: draps en supplément : 120 € à régler en liquide à la femme de ménage. Housses couettes et oreillers très bas de gamme tout polyester). Pas de linge de toilette (pas de possibilité d'en louer quand on vient de loin). Placards: penderie très basse et minuscule ( une robe normale traîne par terre: peu hygiénique). Salle de bain: aucun crochet pour accrocher les serviettes. Un crochet présent , collé, tombé dès notre arrivée. Petit radiateur séchant sous la fenêtre, si bas, que les serviettes traînent par terre (hygiène encore).
