Thank you so much, James! You were a wonderful guest - please come again soon~
We loved hosting Alice and family. Very considerate and communicative before , during, and after her stay. We'd welcome her back anytime and recommend her (highly) to other hosts.
I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house is beautiful and the town of Grafton is super cute. The hosts were amazing - they were super easy to communicate with, provided wonderful recommendations and even welcomed our group with yummy goodies from VT. Thank you!
The town is absolutely adorable, quintessential Vermont. The Grafton Inn, walking distance, is a must do. We skied twice, Bromley & Magic Mtn, both short drives (< 30 min) from Grafton.
My family was in Grafton for a family wedding. The property provided the needed number of bedrooms and bathrooms to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this property.
Our family (myself, wife, three kids and my in-laws) all stayed here for almost a week and loved it. The location within Grafton is perfect - it's a quick walk to downtown but on a relatively quiet road. You can tell that a lot of thought has been put into making it a great place for families to stay. We especially appreciated having baby items (high chair, crib, etc.) in the house. It made traveling a lot easier for us.
The house was a little warm at times which wasn't ideal but tolerable (and the host told me that more A/C units were to be installed the week we left).
All in all, we highly recommend this place!
Very nice and clean house. Felt welcome and convenient to town. I recommend this property.

Great weekend get away
We attended a wedding at the Grafton Inn and really enjoyed our stay at the house. We had four adults and one infant in the house and it was a great house to enjoy nice walks into town or views of the river from the open living area.
Vanessa was very responsive before and during our stay which was very appreciated. Would definitely stay there again!

Great House in a Great Little Town!!
My brothers and I head up to Vermont every year for a weekend getaway, and this year we decided on Grafton. Small little town with all the essentials for a winter weekend getaway!
The house was great! Walking distance to pretty much everything in town and a short drive to the bigger mountains. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Fully renovated so nice and clean as well. The hosts, Vanessa and Rob, were amazing! Great contact from day one and very helpful with pointers on the local things to do and see. If we head back to Grafton this house will definitely be on top of our list of places to stay!

Hello! We are Vanessa + Rob, a New York City based couple. We share a bond for mountain living, weekend road trips, and entertaining.
After our first visit to Grafton, the village charm and year round appeal won us over. We found our own slice of it and restored the old Riverview Terrace home with locally sourced materials and labor putting our contemporary spin on a mountain home. Some of our greatest memories are spent in vrbo rentals, so now that our project is complete we are excited to host and share our home and everything the area has to offer.

DESCRIPTION: Nestled in the mountains of southern Vermont, Grafton is one of New England's prettiest villages. Many of its beautiful and historic buildings have been restored by its residents and the Windham Foundation, so today's town looks much as it did years ago. Grafton's uniqueness comes from being a real town - not a museum like re- creation - with its citizens being its most valuable resource. Come walk our village streets. Visit our shops, galleries and museums. Linger a few days and you will experience the beauty that surrounds us in these hills and come to embrace our peace and quiet charm.
