Two-room air-conditioned, access to the private pool that belongs to our house, where we live, my wife and me.
Comfortable apartment in villa unbas, renovated in 2016.
Equipped kitchen, bathroom and WC.
A bedroom with double bed and storage, a living room with sofa.
Fully equipped set, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
Sheets and towels provided for 15 euros.
Access to the patio, inner courtyard of 50 m2: garden furniture and outdoor table, sunbathing.
This apartment is one of 2 that we intend to welcome visitors.
Location ideally between Cannes and Nice, Antibes: walk 10 minutes from the station and the center, 12 minutes from the sea.
Final cleaning on request for 50 euros extra.
Extra services: sheets and towels on request for 15 euros.
Deposit 300 euros, returned at the end of stay.
Rent from Saturday to Saturday preferably
