Ideally located 5 minutes from Avignon and its historical heritage in the city of Angles, this villa offers: 4 spacious bedrooms including 1 master bedroom and its bathroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, laundry room available (washing machine and dryer), swimming pool (4 x 8 x 1. 60 m) with alarm, garden furniture, summer kitchen, barbecue, Wi-Fi included, .. . comfort.
Vehicle parking is easy: a private outdoor space and several spaces available in front of the villa.
Very quiet area and close to all amenities (small shops, hypermarket, city bus to Avignon), Cosmos park, childish amusement park within 5 minutes and larger amusement parks such than SPIROU and SPLASHWORLD (about 1/2 hour), Pont du Gard (15 minutes), 1 hour from the sea (Grande Motte, Grau du roi, Palavas, ...)
During the Avignon festival, a direct bus line less than 200 meters from the accommodation.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison qui était parfaite. Tout est propre, fonctionnel, agréable et rien ne manque. Alain est très disponible et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. La piscine est magnifique (taille et température de l'eau). Endroit parfait pour se distraire ou travailler (excellente connexion internet).

Très jolie maison, très bien équipée pour toute la famille y compris pour les bébés. Propriétaire a l’écoute et très disponible. Pour un séjour serein, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem großen Pool. Ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfbereit. Sie gaben uns auch Ausflugstipps. Der Kühlschrank mit dem Icecrusher hat unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Großer Supermarkt in ca. 1 km Entfernung. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge ins Umland und nach Avignon sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt.

Nous avons passé 9 jours dans cette maison qui est simplement magnifique, les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympas, très accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Tous les équipements sont présents dans la maison. Propreté impeccable. Très bel extérieur. Rien ne manquait (transats, barbecue, piscine...). Adresse à garder en mémoire !!

Accueil très chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. Maison très agréable spacieuse bien située proche des petits commerces où l'on peut se rendre à pied. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours lors de notre semaine car le temps était au beau fixe. Très belle région à la visiter.

Oase im heißen Sommer

Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem schönen, großen Pool, gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet auf der anderen Rhone-Seite von Avignon. Es ist durch seine Lage im Herzen der westlichen Provence ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, man ist in max. 2 Stunden entweder am Mittelmeer oder auch in den Bergen. Viele Ziele in der Provence sind in unter einer Stunde erreichbar und alleine Avignon und die nähere Umgebung mit z.b. Pont-du-Gard bieten schon sehr viel. Das Haus ist toll nutzbar, z.B. großer Kühlschrank mit Ice-Crusher (sehr beliebt in der Sommerwärme!), große Terasse am Pool, Waschmaschine/Trockner usw. usf. Auch mit 8 Personen (wir waren zu viert dort) ist es nicht eng und es ist gut gegen Hitze gedämmt! Es wird natürlich auch warm im Haus, aber nicht unerträglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frau Constantin spricht gut Englisch. Der Pool hat seinen (Miet)-Preis, aber man bekommt dafür viel! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für einen ruhigen Zentralort in der Provence.

Super dejlig bolig i rolige omgivelser. Rigtig sød værtsfamilie. Kommunikerede på engelsk.

Levede fuldt ud op til forventningerne. Vi ankom til et flot rent hjem. Garderobeskabe og skuffer var tømt, så vi kunne ligge tøj i. Familien tog pænt imod os og havde fyldt køleskabet med kolde drikke, som vin, sodavand m.m. Pool m.m. Fungerede perfekt. Dog kunne vi godt have brugt fjernbetjeningen til aircondition, da der var varmt da vi var der. Huset lå i et roligt område og tæt på supermarkeder og restauranter. Ligeledes nemt at komme til Avignon, Pont du Gard, Mont ven tu m.m. Husk at opleve bydelen på denne side af floden. Et besøg værd. Eks. Er der loppemarked på torvet lørdag kl.9-15. Et hjem vi helt sikker kan anbefale. Familien Guldbæk
