Five minutes away from Cannes: La Napoule. Charming villa (170 mÂČ) with a wonderful sea view. Close to the beaches (reachable on foot), the harbour, and the village of La Napoule. Available for 2 separate families or 8 people. The house is south-facing and sunny from morning till night. There is a magnificent individual secure and heated pool. Residential and quiet, recently renovated, attractive amenities. The 1250-mÂČ garden is completely landscaped and surrounded by superb vegetation (palm trees, olive trees, and much more). The large pool with beach, completely secure thanks to a fence, is surrounded by large terraces, offering a view of the sea and the mountains.

Four bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 shower rooms, and 3 toilets. Attractive qualities, top-quality indoor and outdoor furniture. All the comforts, recent linen and accessories. Modern amenities: Wi-Fi Internet, fully air-conditioned, alarm system, and 5 flat-screen TVs with international channels. Private parking with space for several cars. Close to the motorway access and large shopping malls; 5 min away from Théoule and La Corniche d'Or hotel. La Croisette in Cannes is 10 min away. Here, change of scenery is assured: a peaceful and green setting, and the view of the sea and the hills from the villa and the pool. References required, pets are not allowed and you cannot smoke in the house.

We think it is a top location. Close to the beach, train station, shops and restaurants nearby and a nice view of the sea with occasional fireworks. The house with its features was fantastic. we really enjoyed it.

La Napoule is a great little town on the Cote D'Azur. The surrounding town and shops are great and the views from the villa are outstanding. The layout is a little quirky so it really makes a lot of sense for two families or maybe 3 couples...but the kitchens are functional and Nespresso espresso machines get the day off to a rocking start! Owner is very responsive but the maid/caretaker only speaks a very little English so have your Google translate ready to go when you arrive. But what a great, relaxing place to kick back and use as your base to explore Nice, Cannes, Monaco and the vineyards of Bandol.

Family vacation

We had a lovely stay at this property. The outdoor space was fantastic and our family enjoyed relaxing outside and swimming in the pool. Olivier was an effect host, very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, very short walk to La Napoule which is a cute little town. Highly recommend this property.

Great view and location

We had a lovely stay! The view from the house was amazing, even better than the pictures! The pool area with outdoor kitchen was superb! Great location with walking distance to the village. Great sandy beach! Short distance to Nice Airport and to shopping in Cannes. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back.

Fantastic villa

I could not recommend this villa high enough. Communication was brilliant, the villa had everything we could possibly need. We were a family of 8 celebrating a special birthday and it is was one we won't forget. The views are spectacular in a lovely location. We hope to visit again soon.

Les Bengalis.

Everything was as per the listing. Very well equipped and we particularly liked the outdoor kitchen/ dining/ barbecue area. The pool was excellent and the children spent most of the time enjoying it. It really was a short walk to the shop and a lovely quiet beach. We all look forward to returning some time in the future.

Great house in a great location

It's hard to find much to fault in either the property or La Napoule. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was plentiful comfortable seating and different places to eat both inside and out. It has a beautiful view and a fabulous heated pool. Our 3 year old (who wanted to stay forever) loved the stuffed toys in one of the rooms. There are reasonably steep stairs so you need to keep an eye out if you have a kamikaze toddler like we have... La Napoule is a perfect seaside resort - big enough for all the amenities you want (small supermarket in the town, wonderful ice cream parlour and bakery, good selection of restaurants) but small enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. The big supermarket is a very short drive. Great gently sloping and well protected sandy beaches are short walk away (although its uphill on the way back!), with lots of other options 5 minutes in the car. I have no hesitation in recommending and very much hope that we will return one day.

Absolutely wonderful. Perfect for a family holiday

We loved our stay at this villa. My wife, her parents and our teenage kids all stayed here together comfortably. We did not need a car and were able to use Uber when needed, but we enjoyed walking down the hill into the village for groceries and a few meals out. My mother-in-law is 77 and has trouble walking sometimes, but she found the walk enjoyable and just took her time on the way back up. The Spar store has a great selection of foods and wine, and they also had basic liquors. There’s a fresh vegetable market and also a bakery a few steps from Spar. We also walked to the public beach but the pool at the villa was where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed including a nice soup pot, and the beds were all very comfortable in each of the 4 main bedrooms. Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a hidden gem. Close enough to Cannes and Nice to be convenient, but beautiful, historic, and quiet. Everyone agreed that it was their favorite stop on our Mediterranean coastal tour. All in all, this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s so comfortable that even staying for a month would be wonderful. We enjoyed it so much we’re considering making it an annual trip.

Great Villa with wonderful sea view

We were received very friendly by the cleaning lady Tania. Olivier himself was very friendly. you could write him whenever you had a question, and his answers were very fast. The villa is in a great location. In just a few minutes you are at the sea, the train station and the old town of Mandelieu. There are sufficient parking spaces in front of the house. We were 3 families and had more than enough space. Everyone had their own area. The pool and the outdoor kitchen were a dream. As is the magnificent view of the sea. The villa itself has a few small areas that need updating and some of the furniture could use some updating. But that didn't bother us. We would have just wished for a little more information upon arrival. For example, when the pool is cleaned (always on Mondays) or when the garbage is picked up. We had to ask for this information again ourselves. We were also surprised once because the gardener suddenly appeared unannounced in front of the door. All in all we were very satisfied. We enjoyed the holiday and felt very comfortable and can only recommend the villa.

Wir waren schon an vielen Orten und in vielen HĂ€usern, aber dieses hier war bislang das schönste. Die Lage ist umwerfend, das Haus bietet genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr die ganze Familie, der Pool ist schön groß, es gibt insgesamt 3 voll ausgestattete KĂŒchen, genĂŒgend Geschirr fĂŒr alle GĂ€ste und alles, was man zum Kochen und Grillen braucht. Der Ort ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen - dort finden sich alle GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs, mehrere Restaurants und Bars und ein großer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Ort bietet 3 schöne StrĂ€nde, die ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind, zu denen man aber auch mit dem Auto fahren kann. ParkplĂ€tze sind zwar knapp, aber vorhanden.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben mit unserer Familie meinen 60. Geburtstag gefeiert und dieses Anwesen war einfach das Beste, was wir uns hĂ€tten wĂŒnschen können. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Agentur und der Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben bei Fragen sofort reagiert und Lösungen gehabt. Das Wetter war nicht immer Sonnenschein, doch selbst bei Regen konnten wir in der AussenkĂŒche unser Essen zubereiten und auch draußen essen. Das macht wirklich einen Unterschied. Die Aussicht ist wirklich einzigartig und wunderschön, das macht diese Villa sehr besonders. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen konnten.

Emplacement idéal et vue magnifique

L'emplacement et l'extérieur de la villa sont magnifiques. Au calme aussi. Plage de la Raguette à 10 minutes à pied, tous commerces à proximité. Maison relativement bien équipées mais quelques points méritent des réparations ou remise en état, au vu du tarif pratiqué.

Week end entre filles

Nous sommes venues passer un week end entre amies sur Mandelieu la Napoule. La maison est confortable et aménagée de façon à recevoir une dizaine de personnes. Le jardin est magnifique avec une vue mer. L'aménagement est fait de façon à ce que l'on puisse profiter à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Mariama qui nous accueille est trÚs sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Über den Jahreswechsel an der CotĂ© d`Azur

Tolle Lage, grandioser Ausblick, hier und da wÀren die ein oder anderen kosmetische Schönheitsreparaturen notwendig. Alles in allem waren es 6 schöne Tage, man konnte sich gut im Haus selbst versorgen, der Pool war etwas kalt aber zum Neujahrsbaden hat es gereicht :) Leider wird nur schlecht bis gar nicht englisch gesprochen, weshalb die Kommunikation mit der HaushÀlterin kompliziert war beim Check-in und out.

Haus empfehlenswert, Lage gut

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem sehr schön. Die Lage ist gut. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass das Haus am Hang liegt und somit der Weg zum Bahnhof und in den Ort (z.B zum BĂ€cker) bergig ist (oder ĂŒber knapp 250 Stufen fĂŒhrt). Z.B. Cannes, Nizza und Monaco sind super mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof in Mandelieu-La-Napoule erreichbar. Leider gestaltete sich der Check-In etwas schwierig, da kaum englisch gesprochen wird. Wir selbst haben nur die Reinigungskraft kennengelernt. Die SchlĂŒssel wurden uns hinterlegt und wir konnten alleine ins Haus, erst am Abend erschien die Reinigungskraft um uns das Haus (RollĂ€den, Fernseher, Alarmanlage, etc) zu erklĂ€ren. Infos, dass z.B der Poolreiniger oder der GĂ€rtner im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts kommen, fehlten uns. Das Haus ist schön, die Außenbereiche super und auch der beheizte Pool ist super! Manche Dinge sollten im Haus erneuert werden bzw. einer Grundreinigung unterzogen werden. Allerdings war es fĂŒr eine Ferienunterkunft völlig in Ordnung. Vor dem Haus stehen ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze (an der Straße) zur VerfĂŒgung. Gesamtfazit fĂŒr uns ist, dass wir durchaus gerne wieder kommen!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Excellent séjour

Notre séjour a été parfait. La maison est telle qu'elle est décrite dans l'annonce. L'aménagement extérieur est trÚs bien pensé et nous avons vécu notre séjour "outside". La piscine et le jardin sont trÚs bien entretenus. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir à l'occasion. Olivier, le propriétaire, est trÚs à l'écoute et réactif, et Tania, qui nous a reçu, trÚs sympathique. Elle a su répondre à toutes nos petites questions pratiques tout comme Olivier. Bref, un excellent séjour !

Tolle Villa

Wir wurden herzlich von Tanja begrĂŒsst und sie hat uns alles erklĂ€rt. Tolle Villa der aussen Bereich mit der KĂŒche ist super. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Personen und hatten genĂŒgend Platz. Die Kinder erfreuten sich ĂŒber den beheizten Pool und konnten jeden Tag schwimmen gehen. Es waren tolle Ferien. Die einzigen zwei Sachen wo wir hĂ€tten bemĂ€ngeln können waren die Sauberkeit, man dĂŒrfte auch wieder einmal die SchrĂ€nke rausputzen usw. Auch dĂŒrfte man an paar Stellen die Villa renovieren, da die Farbe von den WĂ€nden abblĂ€ttert. Oder Möbel ersetzen da sie kaputt sind. Das sind aber nur kleine Details, die uns auch nicht gestört haben wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Top Lage nahe am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants.

Fantastisk hus

Vi har hatt en veldig fin uke i dette huset, uteomrÄdene er helt fantastiske. Bassenget er helt ypperlig for barn med den delen som ikke er sÄ dyp. Enkelt Ä komme i kontakt med eieren. Kort vei til sentrum med strender, hyggelige restauranter og matbutikker.

This house is our secondary home. We purchased it 10 years ago because it matched our expectations (exceptional sea view and setting), and sits close to the beaches and the shops; my husband does not drive a car, but it is nice to forget about the car during your holiday! Knowing that the location (San Peyre) is very popular and that it is rare to find such amenities in the area, and aware of the potential of this house, we realised some major works to turn it into a very pleasant place to live in. We have put our heart into making it what it is today (always with perfection and aesthetics in mind). We used to go there regularly, for all school holidays. My husband and I are a couple, 46 and 48 years old, with our two daughters, 9 and 11 years old. Now, we rent the house and travel abroad.
