This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located 14 miles from the Augusta National Golf Club, and sits in the heart of Evans/Grovetown, GA. Newly constructed in 2017, the home offers hardwood floors throughout the downstairs, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and televisions. The sizable kitchen offers bar stool seating, and opens into a breakfast area and keeping room. This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, or for a cocktail after a long day on the course. The living room is appointed with a 50' flat. Outside a private patio area offers outdoor seating, 2 grilling options (Gas Grill or Smoker). For those who might not be interested in golfing, the neighborhood offers access to walking trails and a community pool.5 minutes from I-20 and Wal-Mart.

Masters visit.

Stayed while visiting Augusta for the Masters. Great home and no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our Masters trip!

We enjoyed our stay for The Masters in this lovely home! It was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner was very thoughtful, leaving a couple of unexpected treats, and was very responsive when we had questions. The only thing we would note is that the house was listed as 4BR/4BA – sleeps 8. There are 3BR, each with queen/full beds. Would stay here again! :)
