The Space

Brand new open concept house located within walking distance of the Lewis and Clark Lake and Recreation Area.
Master Bedroom: King bed with down alternative comforters with lake view and door to upper covered deck.
The master bathroom has a large shower with body spray options and a large free-standing soaker tub.
Bedroom 2 and 3: queen bed with down alternative comforters with a garden view of evergreens
Bedroom 4 and 5: queen bed with down alternative comforters, lake view, and patio door access to outdoor patio
Bedroom 6: 2 bunk beds with full bed and twin bed on each (total 4 beds) each with down alternative comforter.
Media game bonus room - with room for air mattress.
Main floor -Upper patio has an expansive view of the lake and it’s cliffs from sunrise to sunset. On a clear night, the stars are abundant. Enjoy your early morning coffee and evening drink while relaxing in the outdoor sectional. You may just want to sleep outside one evening.
The lower patio provides a grill for grilling your favorite burgers or marinated steak.
Enjoy family seating for 8 on the outdoor patio table.
When the evening closes, choose your well-appointed bedrooms to rest up for your adventures the next morning.
All king and queen bedrooms have a 50” flat screen smart TV.
There is a large open concept kitchen/family room on the main floor with an electric linear fireplace and 70” flat screen smart tv.
Downstairs is a large family room with a 70” flat screen smart tv, wet bar, pub table with seating for 6, and pool table.
Under the stairs is a hidden door to the playhouse for the little ones.

Here are some things to note.

House Rules:

-No pets
-No smoking in the house or anywhere on the property.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
- Parties or events are not allowed.
-There are 4 security cameras around the outside of the house. Three for the front driveway and one for the lower back patio.

Check in...

Check-in time is 4 pm.

Things you will find at the house.

An initial supply of:
-Toilet paper
-Paper towels
-Dishwashing, laundry, and liquid hand soap
-Dishwasher tabs.
-Trash bags
-Propane for Gas BBQ

Amenities include:
-Washer & Dryer.
-Gas BBQ: please clean if you use it.
-Free WiFi
-Streaming television on smart T.V's. ( you will need to use your own personal accounts)
-Xbox One with a few games.
-One set of bed linens per bed/advertised sleeper. Beds will be made with fresh linens.
-One set of bath towels per person (a set is one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth).
-Shampoo and Conditioner are provided but not body soap.
-Beach towels - please do not take white towels to the beach. Use the beach towels provided.

Check out...

Check out is at 10:00 am.

Things we'd appreciate your helping us out with upon departure.

-Check out by 10:00 am unless you have an approved late check-out
-Please leave our home and grounds in the same general condition in which you found them.
-Wash dishes and/or run the dishwasher
-Leave beds UNMADE
-If you use a throw blanket, please place it on the bed with bedding
-Please start a load of white towels in the washing machine
-Remove all food brought with you.
-Sweep the floors
-Pick up all trash on grounds outside
- Please clean the outside grill if you use it
-Take out the trash
-If you use the smart T.V.’s with your personal accounts, please be sure to sign them out. We will not be held responsible for these accounts.
