Welcome to Casa Frida in Barichara in Colombia. A place to relax, unwind & recharge! truly... an adventure in the mountains of Colombia. Casa Frida offers comfort on a private setting. Two master suites with queen beds, two bathrooms with rain shower heads and hot water, an open layout with a full equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, WiFi internet access. It can accommodate comfortably 4 people. Two more people can sleep in the TV room if desired. Casa Frida, a “finca” is on a large lot featuring fruits trees like passion fruit, papayas, lemons, mangoes, mandarins, yuca, avocado, guanabana, promegrante, and several trees, guayacan with his beautiful pink flowers, gallinero, caracoli and a young ceiba. There are also gorgeous boulder fossils around the property.

Casa Frida has been quite a journey!...a labor of love, fun and pride! This home has been tastefully remodeled, keeping the old traditions of building utilizing "tapia", "bareke", and reclaimed old wood doors and windows. Barichara have always been my favorite place to go to when visiting my family. Barichara is known as “the prettiest town in Colombia”
