The Antigua is uniquely designed to allow for maximum privacy and sweeping ocean and bay views. Amenities include a shared, heated pool, a kiddie pool, his and her saunas, poolside showers, and a beachfront volleyball court. Easy beach access is also available for your fun in the sun. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, and a number of entertainment options to make this getaway feel like home.

For local dining options, be sure to sample the Hobbit, Ropewalk, Big Mama's, and Hooked, while the Fractured Prune offers fresh, hot, and delicious donuts. The entire family will enjoy numerous miniature golf courses located all along Coastal Highway or you can take in a movie at the Fox Theaters located at the Gold Coast Mall. And no visit to Ocean City would be complete without a visit to the historic Boardwalk featuring games, rides, and seaside snacks. The Boardwalk runs from the inlet all the way up to 27th Street and offers a Tram for easy travel.

Things to Know

A required and non-refundable Building Registration Fee of $50 is due at check-in at the Antigua office (next to the elevators). This fee includes the one parking pass to park anywhere in the Antigua parking lot along with a pool pass for your entire family.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Terrible rental agency service

The location and beach access was wonderful. The view was good and the place was nice and quiet. Great for families with children since the neighbors were very nice and building management was very friendly. Dealing with the rental management company (Vacasa) however was a terrible experience. Recommend not to arrive late for check-in or on weekends, no one will be there to help you if anything goes wrong. They gave us the wrong key code for the lock box that held the key to the building which was needed to access the building after hours. We were able to get in the unit itself as that code was correct for the door. We had to wait until Monday to be able to talk to the rental agency to get the correct code, so until then we could not leave the building after 9pm. The saunas were out of order and due to unforseen circumstances we were not able to use the pool either. The unit was clean and ok to stay in for a short period of time. Everything looked like it was from the 70s and was not maintained properly. The electrical needed to be fixed/updated to be safe. Overall just needs TLC from the rental agency. Bring toilet paper, that was not provided.

Property has full potential for a very nice get away. However, it is crying out for a little TLC. The place was a total mess. This is our experience; the access code and the room/condo number is one and the same, we could not open the key lock box, there was a used face mask on the floor, there were several blades of window shades being stored under the master bed, window screen off and leaning on wall, balcony was a total mess, not a single TV was working,--TV cable boxes on floor with no connection to TVs, fire extinguisher was not in the assigned location, balcony was trashed, shower curtains had evidence of molds, and ++. Wanted to be out of that place in a hurry, but it was after business hours. Was so upset, that we spent the night on the sofas--after covering them with our linen. UN-AC-CEP-TA-BLE!
