This apartment is half of the carriage house located behind the iconic Whisenant Estate in Virginia Highlands. It is across the street from many bars and restaurants and walking distance to many MANY bars and restaurants. It has been renovated and furnished with high end furnishings. it is a half a mile away from the beltline and to Ponce City Market. The furnishings are new and high end! There is a smart TV upstairs and downstairs, each has a HULU subscription that gets live TV.

I do cannot accept requests for short stays in the future. I usually have my smaller apartments rented for a months at a time. I can only accept a request for a shorter stay if it is close to another check out/check in day

Excellent design of space in a great location!

The place was perfect for my husband and I to stay comfortably for more than a month. You can’t beat the location - walkable to shops, restaurants, the Beltline, restaurants and parks. The design featured an excellent use of space - was great to have the bedroom and desk separated from the main living area. Nancy was always courteous and fast with communication!
