One Bedroom Suite sleeps 5

The Condo Unit is located on the 16th floor in Tower B, in One Pacific Residence. On the balcony you have a beautiful view on the left side of the sea and on the right side of the island of Cebu City, and the pool from down below. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances you also normally have at your home, A Nespresso machine is at your disposal, you have the possibility to bring your own capsules, for a perfect cup of coffee. There are restaurants nearby, at walking distance. You have an access to a private beach where you can enjoy water sports of all sort for a fee. You may also plan tours to different parts of Cebu and other Islands. The Condo boasts a Gym and outdoor swimming pool, and soon to open the sauna. The 4th floor has the amenities like the tennis court and a wall climbing and a play ground for the kids.

Ocean view

This condo has a good ocean view and is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is full equiped with everything you need and it can sleep uo to 6 people. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops on-site and close by and also a decent grocery store.

I purchased this property because it is perfectly located by the beach and ist near Shangri-la Resort, a five star Hotel resort, where I spend my beach time every year when I was vacationing with my family. I can easily organise an island hopping excursion with my relatives, or simply enjoying the beach.

It has everything nearby, the airport is just 15 minutes away.
